Over 3 years I was trying to sell my home, went with various estate agents. G&T was our last hope and they sure did get the job done. Throughout the sale I had a lovely lady called Louise assist us and keep us updated, she provided outstanding service from start to finish and is a really asset to your company. I can not recommend this estate agents enough… don’t let the overpriced competitors make you think otherwise… they offer value for money and a great customer journey. Louise, thank you so much for putting me at ease throughout the sale of my house… every estate agent needs to learn from you! ( and believe me I’ve dealt with many ! ) 5*

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Cancelled viewings without telling me, never receive feedback, constantly chasing for updates, logged a complaint and funnily enough they believe they have given us a ‘good level of service’ regardless of the fact i’ve been given the wrong information throughout the whole of this process. I was basically called a liar as there calls aren’t recorded so i’m automatically wrong. I was also told my complaint isn't valid as Dean believes im taking out my frustration on him. Someone also came to my property to collect my for sale board at 9.30pm, without notice. Again this is a ‘good level of service’ apparently. Incompetent company. I could honestly go on and on and on.... I’d rather give £800 to charity.

I came to G and T Properties when I decided I wanted to move out for the first time. They were extremely helpful and found me the perfect property and gave me so much advice to go with it. If I had any trouble I only had to pick up the phone. I would 100% reccomend these to anybody especially if your like me and wanting to move out for the first time. Be careful of the extra fees that are not made clear on their Marketing and also by the Agent who visited my house. I was charged £410 for Inventory and Deposit Registration that both shown as services that you opt into (if required). These are (apparently) Mandatory with G&T and you are opted in automatically. This is a sneaky trick in my opinion.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star !!! Absolutely disgusted with this place, they took £260 for application fees to be told a week later after constant ringing and getting fobbed off to be told we couldn't have the property due to us having a bad credit rating even though we explained this to them and was willing to pay 6 months rent upfront and was told that would be fine !! Then an hour later it has let agreed on the property we wanted which obviously means they took more than one applicant on!! The customer service is also shocking the way i got spoke to was appalling!! Don't go here find a property under a genuine letting agency, all this one wants is money that you can't get back !!

The girls are really friendly. I have been renting through them for almost 2 years now. They have been open about inspections and on time for the ones done so far. Piece of advice to the team, communication is key. If you are cancelling an appointment please communicate. I had to have an awkward conversation with a potential tenant of yours that came to view the place last Saturday 24th November even though we had agreed you bring them on the 1st December. Still no one showed up from your side on the 24th. Overall, I have been happy with the service.
