GoogleG&T were the first choice for me, always. They are professional, easy to contact and easy to talk to. They keep you updated on your sale. All the staff are kind, considerate and very friendly. I have had a life change and needed to sell my property. I knew I could trust G&T to take over and sort this for me while I had other issues to sort out. I will always recommend them to everyone. 10/10 for me.

GoogleAVOID. THEY WILL ROB YOU, THEY DO NOT HELP, THEY WILL LEAVE YOU LIVING IN MOULD AND DAMP KNOWIN I HAD CHILDREN THERE. LANDLORD WAS A WASTE OF TIME TOO. PUT A BAD REVIEW ON PREVIOUS, THEY ASKED ME TO TAKE IT DOWN WHICH I REGRET DOING SO. NOW THEY MANAGED TO GET MY DEPOSIT OFF ME TO PAY FOR ADVERTISING FEE. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. STAY AWAY

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Cancelled viewings without telling me, never receive feedback, constantly chasing for updates, logged a complaint and funnily enough they believe they have given us a ‘good level of service’ regardless of the fact i’ve been given the wrong information throughout the whole of this process. I was basically called a liar as there calls aren’t recorded so i’m automatically wrong. I was also told my complaint isn't valid as Dean believes im taking out my frustration on him. Someone also came to my property to collect my for sale board at 9.30pm, without notice. Again this is a ‘good level of service’ apparently. Incompetent company. I could honestly go on and on and on.... I’d rather give £800 to charity.

GoogleI came to G and T Properties when I decided I wanted to move out for the first time. They were extremely helpful and found me the perfect property and gave me so much advice to go with it. If I had any trouble I only had to pick up the phone. I would 100% reccomend these to anybody especially if your like me and wanting to move out for the first time. Great customer services from all the team. Thanks guys.

GoogleAbsolute disgraceful company travelled from very far away for a house viewing I was not informed that the house was take off the market 20 minutes to me arriving at the property, I had told the lady that I am travelling from a distant and please keep me informed but she didn’t even bother I had to call them as ask if were still okay she didn’t even want to speak to me she got her colleague to tell me and when I asked her to pass me over to a manager she cut the call ,they not trained properly and have not got any sort of customer Service training and instead of paying so much money to photoshop houses they need to spend a little more on training resources PLEASE don’t waste you’re time with these fools there’s no point making you’re blood pressure rise !!!!!!!!!!!

GoogleOver 3 years I was trying to sell my home, went with various estate agents. G&T was our last hope and they sure did get the job done. Throughout the sale I had a lovely lady called Louise assist us and keep us updated, she provided outstanding service from start to finish and is a really asset to your company. I can not recommend this estate agents enough… don’t let the overpriced competitors make you think otherwise… they offer value for money and a great customer journey. Louise, thank you so much for putting me at ease throughout the sale of my house… every estate agent needs to learn from you! ( and believe me I’ve dealt with many ! ) 5*

GoogleG & T sold our house for us and it was honestly the most stress free sale we have ever done. Always so friendly and polite, nothing was ever too much trouble. And most importantly PRO ACTIVE unlike some other well known estate agents who charge a small fortune to do exactly the same job as G & T do. Would not hesitate to use these guys again. GoogleBe careful of the extra fees that are not made clear on their Marketing and also by the Agent who visited my house. I was charged £410 for Inventory and Deposit Registration that both shown as services that you opt into (if required). These are (apparently) Mandatory with G&T and you are opted in automatically. This is a sneaky trick in my opinion.

GoogleG&T dealt with the sale of our property after another high street estate agent had let us down with poor service. Dean immediately listed our home with fantastic photos and video. Jess and the sales staff answered calls and actually got back to us straight away if we left a message. The whole sale process was handled with professionalism ... but remaining friendly and helpful Would recommend 100%PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThey are very very rude people, they don't really care where you coming from as we came all the from London to there, they willing to wait for us and hold the application form but they stolen our money without processing, We have file to report this claims for money I have been told by solicitors that those reviews are fake comments and they will be pass on trade standards at the moment I would advice you all to walk away from this and had been told they owe lots people money

Hi Reece, I'm sorry you feel this way. If we haven't started your referencing you wouldn't have paid an admin fee or we would refund you if had. I cant see that we are currently referencing a Reece or even have any application forms for a Reece so can you let me know what property you have applied for please? In relation to where you are travelling from unfortunately we cant take that into consideration when either viewing a property (as we have busy diaries and viewing booked after your viewing at different property's) or when applying for a property, we would take the application that best fits the landlords needs. In relation to your comments stating a solicitor has said our reviews are fake, well I can assure you that they certainly are not, if you let me have the solicitors details who made this statement I will happily contact them regarding this slanderous statement and take what ever legal action necessary! I look forward to your reply so we can conclude any issues you have.

GoogleI wouldn't even give this place a 1 star !!! Absolutely disgusted with this place, they took £260 for application fees to be told a week later after constant ringing and getting fobbed off to be told we couldn't have the property due to us having a bad credit rating even though we explained this to them and was willing to pay 6 months rent upfront and was told that would be fine !! Then an hour later it has let agreed on the property we wanted which obviously means they took more than one applicant on!! The customer service is also shocking the way i got spoke to was appalling!! Don't go here find a property under a genuine letting agency, all this one wants is money that you can't get back !!

Hi Laura, sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately we wont know if you pass for a particular property until all your references and checks are back. Paying 6 months upfront will not always be an alternative route or a guarantee I'm afraid.

GoogleThe girls are really friendly. I have been renting through them for almost 2 years now. They have been open about inspections and on time for the ones done so far. Piece of advice to the team, communication is key. If you are cancelling an appointment please communicate. I had to have an awkward conversation with a potential tenant of yours that came to view the place last Saturday 24th November even though we had agreed you bring them on the 1st December. Still no one showed up from your side on the 24th. Overall, I have been happy with the service.

GoogleI have used G&T for their lettings services for some time and have always had a brilliant experience. Tenants are always happy and the properties are fully managed without me having any hassle at all. I have now also had the pleasure of using them to sell a property and purchase another, the whole experience has been so straight forward!
