GoogleI can honestly say that this agency is, by far, the best one I have dealt with so far. Louise has went far beyond her job requirements and I can not praise her enough. She always stayed on top of the sale issues, kept contact with me, updated me constantly and her friendly personality has made a huge difference. I can honestly say she is the reason for the transaction being completed. Congratulations to her, Cloee and Dean for the impeccable service provided!

GoogleThe application process was very quick and straight forward. The agents were prompt with replies and even managed to help remove the guarantor requirement for us. However there were a few delays and push backs once we’d paid our deposit making our move in date later than we had already discussed due to issues that probably should have already been done well before

GoogleWe contacted these guys to view a property for our son to rent whilst at Uni. We drove over an hour to get there to be greeted with a room in a cannabis scented accommodation with a kitchen that you'd have to pay me to eat in. The field representative advised us to watch our step as we walked through the rear alleyway due to rubble on the floor and were told the land lord has been advised about the state of the property but hadn't done anything about it. We understand that this wasn't the agents fault but it would have been nice to be informed of the state of the address and details of the issues prior to driving all that way. The agent that showed us around did seem embarrassed and understood all my concerns.

From day 1 upto the sale of our property, they have all been so helpful and supportive. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Main involvement with Dean Gregg and Louise Overton. Special Menion to: Louise Overton - Very Professional and I cannot say how grateful I am to have someone like this support us throughout our sale. Quick replies, No hassle! Louise comes across as someone who you've known for a long term even if you've never met before like us. Gold standard of care. Extremely good at her job!

GoogleBrought our home in Brierley Hill, and finally got our keys 21st Oct, staff were very help full and went the extra mile to sort out any problems we had.( and we did have a few) the staff eased any worries we had when we rang up . Louise even gave us contacts numbers . All the staff we spoke to was polite,caring, and professional in there job rolls, and made the translations between buying our home smooth as possible many thanks we would recommend them.

GoogleI’m yet to get a house but I must commend G&T for the smooth way in which they organized for viewing of the property. I’m hoping I will be lucky with one of their houses as I especially wish to get a home from them. All their rentals I have seen so far are quite neat and lovely, bless them.

GoogleFrom valuation to marketing all was good. An initial sale fell through due to covid19 issues with the buyer. A second sale was secured quickly and progressed to completion.
