That is great to hear Geoff, its never easy when there are issues with heating and hot water however we always do what we can and try to go above and beyond as much as physically possible so this is really great to hear.

GoogleExcellent service from all at G&T but especially from Jessica who initially valued the house and put it on the market and Louise who dealt with everything through to completion. The customer service, professionalism and great communication means I wouldn't hesitate to use G&T again.

GoogleWe found all the staff to be engaged and attentive. We sold our house at the first viewing and are happy with our overall experience. I think in today's competitive market where agents are increasingly going on line and the seller does the bulk of the work. It's refreshing to have one to one service from available, involved and helpful staff.

GooglePoor communication from team. Lara only told me about my non refundable holding fee after i had signed the consent form. Also, the moving in date was not clear and i was left hanging and had to renew my tenancy at my old address. It was not my fault yet, my holding fee not refunded. Terrible experience with G&T.NegativeQuality
