GoogleThey have been managing a property for me for 2 years now and have always treated me professionally and come back to me when things need to get sorted. Also the tenants seemed very happy with them. When i buy another property I would definitely give to them for managing also the no fee to find a tenant is a great advantage not worth using any other agent in our areaPositiveQuality, Value

GoogleGrateful for the help received from Louise at the Cradley Heath/Old hill beach in achieving the sale. Ours was not easy due to lack of communication between Solicitors and Louise helped in order to achieve completion.

GoogleDo not rent from these your house will be full of rats and they will not communicate back nor send out your landlord for leaks rats housing repairs nothing! They only contact you back once you withdraw the rent from them !! Avoid at all costs
