GoogleLouise at G&T has been very helpful since we put an offer in on a house - she was prompt to reply and let us know what was needed. The viewing we had was conducted in a nice, relaxed manner and we did not feel pressured as we have with other estate agents viewing.

GoogleRubbish , photographs proffesional!!!a child could improve on them,they are truly dreadful,they went back on their word to disabled elderly clients inventing extras to get well earned money and are very very rude,shocking is the only kind word to use for this company, don't even consider using them
Hi Susan, we are deeply disappointed at your one star review. Your photos were taken at your property and then ok'd with yourself. We then offered to re-take these photos at no extra cost however you are now ignoring our communication so I can't see how we are getting extra well earned money. The fact you have stated we have gone back on our word is totally inaccurate and untrue and regardless of your age or disability we treat all our clients with the upmost respect. Your property has not sold as you wanted to test the market at a higher price, we have advised a reduction is now needed if you do want a quicker sale but saying that we do have 2 potential buyers who want to view so please get in contact with us so we can get these arranged as an immediate priority.

GoogleBrilliant For Letting A Property The team at G&T are friendly & professional & make the process of letting a property simple & hassle free. Dean the MD, gives an honest, realistic view of the market & offers good, sound, clear advice & guidance. The excellent group of support staff in the office & the subcontract tradesman are responsive & extremely helpful in getting you through the maze of regulation & bureaucracy involved in letting a property. Additionally, I liked the excellent photography & the attention to detail taken with the inventory which, should be helpful for both myself & the Tennant in avoiding any possible issues regarding wear & tear, disputes etc. So, good for everyone ! I will definitely be using Dean & the teams services again & would happily recommend their services to others. Great job, excellent service, well done ! many thanks, Paul.

GooglePreviously we had two other agents that did not prove satisfactory. We had a much better experience with G and T properties. Several viewings very quickly and then sold. Only thing that slowed things down was the lockdown but that was no fault of G & T. Helpful and friendly,would definitely recommend. Many Thanks.PositiveValue

GoogleI Have used G&T on several occasions, they have found tenants for me, they have issued section 8 notices on my behalf and they have also from start to finish dealt with the sale of a couple of my houses, I cannot recommend them high enough, Great team I will continue to use their services

GoogleProfessional and helpful service from start to finish in purchasing a property they had on the market. Came across a lot of issues whilst buying this property and G&T was very helpful in dealing with all problems which resulted in getting a final completion. Highly recommend and will definitely deal with again in the future.
