GoogleUsed them to rent a house on Buffery Road, Dudley. Very efficient and loved their service. However, sometimes their phones are hard to reach. Having said that, Ellis Amos and Cloee have been great with their work ! :)

GoogleNO NO NO NO NO All the reviews here are fake!! All I can say is stay away from this company unless you have a lot of money to waste. Horrible people to deal with, failed promises and if things go wrong, they will deliberately avoid taking your calls. These guys are not worth trying, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

GoogleHave had all my emails to them ignored, even when asking for my emails to be responded to. They are rude and unprofessional. Would not apply to rent a property from these again.

GoogleNot very helpful over priced on the properties they have for let and to be quite honest felt like the conversation was rushed so they could go back to scrolling through the computer won't be recommending to anybody

The rental market is rather stretched at the moment which is really pushing up rents, saying this all of our properties are let promptly to qualifying tenants and if not we do actively promote to ensure our rentals are not just sitting empty. Our systems are very automated and our website has all the details regarding our available lettings, we do push tenants to our website so they can self manage their needs. Apologies if your call did seem rushed, this was not our intention. Your feedback will be passed back and we will look to tweak our processes to ensure every call has phenomenal service which is what we strive for.

GoogleIt was a very straight forward and pain free sale. Was up and on the market quickly. Communication was good, and completed without complication. G&T were the cheapest and gave the same service as a more expensive agent.

GoogleHard to get in contact with anyone regarding a request for deposit. Absolute shambled if a letting agents. No out of hours number for problems and when mentioned theyve said "facebook message us" like everyone has facebook.
Hi Day, we do have an out of hours facility on our website along with social media messaging and an out of hours mobile number which you are more than privy to. In relation to the deposit, unfortunately there were end of tenancy issues at the property which we were deeply disappointed with especially after we prioritised a move one of the tenants to one of our other properties. So ultimately we had to get the property back to the standard prior to your move in which does take time. The lead tenant was advised of this and as you can appreciate we cant release deposit/remaining deposit until all said works are conducted, invoices received and works checked.
