GoogleI have just moved into an apartment under G & T properties. I must say I have troubled a few of their staff members but they have been very helpful and calm even when I was frustrated. Ellis Amos, Cloee Edwards and Tracey are absolute stars!!!!

GooglePhone last week to book a viewing. Booked it for the Monday and after giving all my details I asked to be sent the photos of the house to my email..a few days later 8 found another property which was also listed with G&T and when I phoned to book a viewing on the Monday after the 1st house I was told there was no viewing Booked, anyhow I rebooked the viewing and again asked to be sent the photos of both properties which they said they would do. Come Monday I get a call about 9am to remind me that I have a viewing booked at 10am which I knew so I went there at 9.55am waited for the agent to show up but nothing after 10 mins I phoned the office and was told that the agent was on her way and would be late after half an hour I phone back and ask how long for the agent and was told that he agent has already been there and gone. I was so fuming as I was parked right outside the property for the last 30 mins that then to be told that the agent has already been but since no1 was there she went. When i asked what car was she in i was told it was a white Peugeot, which I say drive past me and wait in the entrance for the school for a min and then drove off. I will say this company is very unprofessional and I will not be buying a house from them

GoogleI could have stood outside Winson Green Prison and found better tenants than Dean and his staff found. Even though it turned out they had CCJ'S and rent arrears from their previous address G&T allowed them into my newley refurbished property. I WARN You: If you value your property DON'T TRUST G&T.
