GoogleRight from the word go W H Brown have been excellent in managing the sale of my property, seeing it right through to completion. A very special mention goes out for Jenna Freemantle who has been an absolute brick. Jenna has been at the fore front of everything. It has not been a straight forward journey, frustrating and confusing at times, but Jenna managed it in such a professional way she gave us a sense of calm and with her attitude and customer focus going the extra mile on several occasions Jenna has steered us to completion. A fantastic lady who really deserves six stars.

GoogleThe team are helpful and professional, especially Warren who has been fantastic. The shining star is Jenna though. Ever since she joined things have moved along swiftly and she has been on the end of the phone everyday moving things through. It wasnt the easiest lead up to exchange but we trusted Jenna completely and she liased with our solicitor and all parties to ensure we made it over the line. She is an absolute gem and the loveliest person - we are so grateful to her for everything she has done.

GoogleNothing but a positive experience with the letting team at William H Brown, in particular Jamie House and Miles Riley. We put our flat on the market on Saturday, had a very high quality tenant make an acceptable offer on the Monday afternoon and they moved in on Thursday. Cannot fault their professionalism as they had to work hard to get everything in place in three days and succeeded. Hats off. They will definitely be the first people we call next time.

We had a couple of difficult moments with our solicitor right at the end but Jenna smoothed everything over and gave really good advice. GoogleI have just sold and brought a house through William H Brown in Braintree. The service I received from the off was excellent. James came out to value my property and he was very professional. They sold our property before it was even advertised on Rightmove for over the asking price! Warren has been a god send looking after me for the last few months. Jenna the sales progressor who only started at the beginning of this year familiarized herself with our file immediately and soon turned into our point of contact. She was very efficient and chased our buyers and solicitors daily to get it through in time before our mortgage offer expired. GoogleThe amount of stress William H Brown caused me I cannot even begin to describe. I practically had to shout and scream and be referred out of branch in order to get my deposit back - one that had to be returned to me as William H Brown falsely advertised a development under help to buy and then rescinded. Warren has no integrity he will lie and make up stories to get more than the asking price - he has done this both to me and a family member on separate matters. When caught in a lie he doesn’t own up, he just spins another lie. Good luck trying to speak to him to resolve an issue - he will always be away from his desk and will call you back - laughable. If I see a property is advertised with them, I don’t even bother - it’s not worth it. Warren and the Braintree team are appalling - please avoid. I only got my money back by threatening legal action. If I could give zero stars I would - scam artists

It’s Warren here. I’m really sorry that you feel this way. I really thought I had been patient and helpful, you sat with me in office for over an hour when we explored the best options for you as I do understand that purchasing your first home can be daunting. We agreed this sale in good faith to yourself with Help to Buy as your purchase option. We later were informed from the developers that this particular development now didn’t qualify for Help to Buy. I promptly informed you of this and we mutually agreed to offer a figure that was affordable for you without the government scheme. Unfortunately, the offer wasn’t enough for the developer to accept. When you were no longer proceeding with the purchase; and as we do not hold money within our office, I requested your deposit to be returned to you via the developer. I do apologise on how long this refund took, after multiple chases to the developer I eventually had to get my director involved to issue this refund to you. I am concerned that you believe I have lied. This is not something I would ever do. I pride myself on the service I give to all of our clients and have only ever helped you try and secure a property at a price affordable to you. We have regulations in place that stop this thing happening as I know some people have stereotypical views on Estate Agents.

GoogleI’ve always dealt with William h brown in Braintree to do my mortgages, remortgages and lettings. Alway excellent service, Nathan and jack in letting are the latest 2 in a long line of superior estate agents as far as I’m concerned.
Have had some shockers, most are liars, like 2nd hand car salesman with less knowledge and dealing with something much more important!
They train them up right in there that’s for sure, won’t be going anywhere else.
