My partner and I have recently bought our first house together with William H BRown in Braintree. We started off dealing with Liam, he was very helpful to begin with. The longer our purchase went on i felt like an inconvenience when i tried to call or get in contact with Liam. I feel he lost interest in us. I began to deal with David the Branch Manager, he was more helpful and had answers when i needed them and often contacted me before i needed to chase them. We also got our mortgage through Thomas Brooks, the in house mortgage broker. Tom was fantastic! Very helpful, very knowledgable and his level of communication was excellent. Overall an OKAY level of service. 3 out of 5.

Not impressed at all!! From start to finish it felt like they didn't really care. Agent came round to measure our house and get us on board, this was very pressured and a rushed drop. We signed the paperwork in the end but the agent was very sly and snuck on a % fee if they sell at a specific price post sign off. We sold our property and then it felt like they had forgotten about us. Barely any interaction and when we did speak the office seemed disorganised, rushed and not personable at all. Many occasions when they said they would get back to us, but nothing so we were always the ones chasing. The estate agent who we were buying from seemed to do way more work for our end of the chain even though we weren't even paying them! We would not go with WHB again unless it was a necessasity. Felt very let down given feedback and reviews previously posted about our local branch. Isla was the only stand out member of the Braintree branch.

After using another letting agent for quite a while and not being satisfied with the service we decided to use William H Brown. I initially spoke to Jack who filled me with confidence straight away and nothing was too much to ask, both Jack and Alice have been on the ball with everything to find us new tenants and also took into account any issues that we had previously experience and kept us up to date. We are extremely happy with the service both Jack and Alice have provided us and are glad we changed agents.

Me and my partner just recently moved into our first property together with help from Alice and Jack at William H Brown! They were both so helpful from the very first time we contacted them right up until we moved into the property. Alice was very attentive and friendly and was always either a phone call or email away when we needed any questions answered, and never failed to give us the information we needed to know. She was great and I can’t thank her enough for all the help she gave us. I would definitely recommend this estate agent to anyone and would definitely recommend help from Alice and Jack! We used William H Browne in Braintree to buy our new family home in Great Leigh's. We dealt with Liam Wilson and his assistance and expertise were incredible throughout the entire purchasing process. Our chain was particularly difficult with complications in selling (through a rival estate agent) but despite this, Liam's willingness to go that extra mile ensured we got the home we needed for our growing family, and the stress of purchasing with kept to a minimum. We would recommend this company to anyone, and specifically Liam.
