Suzanne was exceptional. We have had dealings with other agents before and when the older couple at Intercounty left (branch now closed) we struggled to find an agent who did what it said on the tin. Suzanne responded immediately to our requests during the conveyancing process for the sale of our rented property. As usual, the process was frustrating and tortuous, mainly down to the buyer's solicitors being tardy, and Suzanne brought the whole process to a satisfactory conclusion. Thank you.

I have recently moved, and Lucy and Nathan made it very easy and quick. As soon as they found a property what would be perfect for me, they have contacted me straight away and booked me in for a viewing. Once the deposit was paid, it all went very quickly and they have tried everything they could to make sure I will get the property. Very professional and helpful, quick answer for any questions. Easy to contact them and very understanding with your circumstances. Highly recommended both of them for helping you to find your new home :)

Avoid they are hard work. my partner already viewed the property in question. then get added to an email list sending him tons of properties that we are not interested in as he already told them we are looking for something very specific. have to ask to be taken off the email list. house in question im pretty sure its not sold as was removed from the market without a sold status after months on the market and being reduced. he has asked william h brown a very simple question. is the property still for sale? days later still question unanswered and was emailed in the first case. My partner has purchased a lot of properties for his business. its a very simple question. just answer it. if its no longer fo sale fine. if owner still looking to sell then i would be willing to put an offer forward. im going to visit the owner directly now which won't look good for william h brown.
