Nathan and Lucy found me a very nice bungalow to rent but unfortunately two days before signing of the Tenants Agreement the landlord took it off the market. However they soon found me another property and within three weeks I was picking up the keys. Lucy did the viewings on both properties and proved to be very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions in both cases. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them and I am very glad that I used them.

Very unprofessional - didn't turn up then turned up late. Would give 0 stars if I could. I booked in for a valuation yesterday at 3.30pm and 4pm (one for sales and one for letting). At 4.15pm nobody had made contact with me and nobody had turned up so I called the office to find out what was going on. To which they said 'my colleague left over 40 minutes ago' (for context I live 10 minutes from their office and I checked the traffic was not bad at all). So I got home for 3.20pm so I was ready and waiting... After waiting an hour and having to chase them an agent finally turned up and when asked why he was 20 minutes late and why the 3.30pm agent didn't turn up he had no idea about the 3.30pm agent and said he was 'trying to find me'. In my opinion an estate agent should know how to use Google maps to find addresses, I live in a new build but nobody has struggled to get to me so far and I'd expect an agent to be aware of what homes are being built in the area. If he was lost for 40 minutes why didn't he call me? Or get the office to call me? Why did I have to chase to find out what was going on? The very least I expect from an estate agent is to turn up on time or have the curtsey to call me if they'll be slightly late. Safe to say I will not be recommending W H Brown to anyone I know. This was all totally avoidable had they just called me to ask for directions, or done a ten second Google maps search before they left the office.
