We recently were shown around a property by Tash Wiffen, Negotiator. Having viewed many properties with agents who, to put it politely, were not too interested in our situation or the property they were selling, it was a much nicer experience to view one with Tash who was knowledgeable about the property, easy to chat to and professional. We didn't get the property, sadly, but the vendor should be delighted to sell his property so promptly with this Estate Agent. Will use their services again.

I won’t deal with them again. Annoying over exaggerated and they did not even bother to clean the property before moving in. Hardly they get fixed anything inside the property when you move in. As soon as they get your money they do not care. Plus they keep praising the landlords that they will fix this and that and you end up half term in your tenancy agreement and still nothing. I won’t recommend at all and they are rude as well.

This agency basically refuse to help you at all unless you sign up to their mortgage advisor. They have, they claim, a “secret list” of properties that they only offer first to people who are using their mortgage advisor. If you’re a seller I wouldn’t recommend them - we were first time buyers ready to Move extremely quickly (the house we bought we got the keys 8 wks after offer) and we didn’t even get views of any properties because we had our own mortgage advisor. The pressure out on you to use their services is extremely annoying and off putting.

Very positive experience with William h brown letting agent. Jamie House and Miles Riley have always provided me the appropriate support to acquired properties to rent for Mariama care team. They always demonstrate professionalism. I feel very comfortable discussing our needs and the type of properties that are suitable for us.
