GoogleAwful experience! I wouldn't try and sell another property through them ever again! From start to finish they were dreadful, awful customers service and not professional at all. Once you have signed the paperwork they pass you over to rude and unprofessional office staff. I tried to terminate my contract and was advised I couldn't so I had to call the ombudsman for advice.... who asvised I was fully within my rights to cancel and it was the best decision I made..... my house sold within 23hrs of using another agent they had it for 3 months. GoogleWe sold our house through William H Brown. While there are some things about the company which don't appeal to me - everything has to go through in their corporate style - the fact is that the principal person who helped us (Harriet) and the others behind the scenes did a very good job. Their team got things moving with an initial Open House set of viewings (a very good idea, convenient for all concerned, and I don't know why all agents don't do it) and Harriet let me know about the removal of Stamp Duty, which was an amazing and unexpected windfall.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRecently (end of November 2019) I moved into a new rental flat which was set up for me by Ollie Findlay. Ollie has done a fantastic job in helping me in every step of getting this sorted and has made the process much easier for me. I have spoken to many members of staff at this branch in my recently frequent visits (probably most of them at this point) and have always gotten a brilliant service from all of them. Thank-you so much for all of your help and going forwards I can definitely recommend William Brown as an estate agents.

GoogleWilliam H Brown, and in-house conveyancing team was fantastic, at helping us get our home, they made it easy and was always helpful to get any problem resolved. They looked after us every step of the way from mortgage advisor to conveyancing team to property sale. They gave us a honest house review and found the right buyer. They help us find a home to buy, and help us negotiate a price and buy the house. They got us a fantastic mortgage deal, and made sure our buyer had the right founds. They help get the move moving when solicitors Communication was needing some help. And help to get completion date resolved agreed and finalised. Fantastic team. GoogleWe bought our first house through William H Brown. Given we were first time buyers, they were pushy and bullish. Very unprofessional and made to feel if we didnt use there products that our offer would be rejected. Constantly chased on this and then completely no contact at all once we informed them of our decisions. Really quite disappointed in this and certainly wont be a returning customer or recommending them.

GoogleI appreciate we sold our home in a difficult time during the COVID pandemic, however not returning calls, not being able to get hold of anyone and us doing more chasing than the agents became a regular occurrence.
