Highly Recommend!

We needed to rent a property in between buying and selling so contacted the rental team at Dandara. We met Susan Gordon at a show-house a few months ago in Aberdeen and expressed an interest in a couple of plots. Since then she has been great at keeping us up-to-date by email and phone. Quality service from Dandara on many occasions

Our property manager has always been Dandara throughout our nearly 10 years tenure as tenants at Castle Quay and have historically dealt with Brendan. However, I can only praise Terri as a great addition to the Dandara team. Whilst she has been very meticulous in all house inspections, she has provided great help and support to assist in fixing problem areas and even when it was the tenants responsibility to fix. More recently, we had increased dealings with Terri when our apartment was flooded when we were away during vacation. Whilst it was a tense situation and there were some problems with our alternative accommodation, she has maintained her calm and acted professionally at all times. She was able to put herself in our shoes which is testament to her human nature and taking care on all parties instead of acting solely on behalf of the landlord.

Great experience from start to finish.I requested further information in relation to a rental property (in Jersey) I seen online and very quickly received an email from Brendan with the information I was looking for. Our current involvement with Dandara…

Our current involvement with Dandara has been exceptional. They have consistently been proactive and making the process to date massively positive. We found our dream area in Leicestershire years ago but never imagined the village would have the addition of a new site like the one currently being developed and built by Dandara. We were overjoyed. This small site remains sympathetic to the beautiful village and a great addition to the area. Dandara just look after you. You feel that they care. We have been brilliantly looked after by the sales team at Wymeswold. Bradley has been fantastic. His customer care and attention to detail in guiding us to the right property for us has been outstanding. This will be our first property move in over 30 years. Our review is for Susan Gordon, Sales Consultant Aberdeen branch.We first got in touch just over a year ago when we started to look for a bigger house to move from our current property, at which point we hadn't yet quite narrowed down our options.Susan was accomodative, helpful and engaging, she took time to show us some options, showed us some properties and explained things in detail. Even when we had to take some time out due financial updowns in the market, Susan gave us space whilst showing respect to us as customers.We took about a year researching the market and when we were ready to look again at the Dandara properties, she is again very friendly and personal.Not sure if there's need to leave a review for the Dandara home quality - the house speaks for itself.Combine Dandara homes with Susan and you are into an absolute winner.

What a great unexpected visit we had support today viewing The Beech at Dandara today. Drive past and followed the signs to a view home.
