I’m very near completion of buying a Dandara home and it’s been such a great experience. From the very first time I popped to the sweetings to have a little look, customer service has been 10/10 and I also instantly knew I wanted to buy a home there. Andrew has been so helpful the whole time, answers emails quickly, always happy to answer any questions and will sort anything out as quickly as possible. Emma has also been so helpful too! The Pippins, Hamstreet

We have recently moved into our New Build home in Hamstreet Kent and we love it. We have previously lived in a new build flat from a different larger developer and we were apprehensive buying another new build property given the less than ideal experience we had with them. However, we are extremely happy with our purchase, with Dandara and with the quality of the build. We looked at the development initially in January 2023, Joe & Tommy were extremely helpful and knowledagble and made everything much easier for us to process. Emma has also been extremely helpful in getting any issues resolved for us quickly! We reserved and exchanged in April/May and Dandra moved forward our completion date from the initial estimate so that we have now moved in. As expected (and with any new build!) there are some snags we have found but they have been quick to sort and the team have been really easy to work with an approachable. I would fully recommend everyone i have met at Dandara currently - The quality of their homes are much better than others i have come across and the staff are friendly and reliable.

We went to see the showhome in Aberdeen and Alanna was friendly and helpful and gave us good information about the home and process. We own a new build from Dandara already from 2017 but potentially looking to move for location and we’ve always had a good experience both during the sale and after care service. We’ve always been happy with the standard of finish of the dandara homes.

The sales team are amazing jannet and…

The sales team are amazing jannet and Ashley were grate couldn't of asked for better! And Henry sorting out a few snags was brilliant too But then you are put over to customer care and they are awful you lodge work that needs doing and they completely forget about you and the work, send people that do half a job or just tell you what you want to hear apparently, and then when you chase them up because you have not heard anything for months they say things were miss placed and the job will be put back in again!! to be forgotten about? I though we had a 2 year warranty not a few months? But it appears that's not truth the warranty must be for if the house fall down nothing else! I wouldn't buy from them again once they have your money you are left to it pretty much customer care are rubbish. As I can't reply to your comment no nothing has been sorted and still waiting and will be taking matters to court as seems emails are ignored 2 years warranty really? Have never known a company like yours biggest regret we had was buying from you 27/8/23

Brendan has been very helpful throughout this process of renting the property at castle quay. From getting into contact with him I was able to arrange a viewing of the apartment the following day. Straight away I knew I liked the place and wanted to take it. Fantastic sales staff

Living on the Fontwell Meadows site in a rental since returning from France, we decided we loved it here so much we wanted to buy here once our French house sale money came through. Ashley in the sales office found us a suitable plot which we reserved. However, just over a month later, we realised we'd made a mistake choosing that particular plot and needed to swap to another plot. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure this all happened for us, and went smoothly. He really is the best sales person we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and an absolute credit to the company.

We have recently purchased a three-bedroom home and moved in at Dandara Parc Jiwbili, Rogerstone, Newport, South Wales. We are very happy to share our experience with Dandara regarding our new three-bedroom home. We had looked at various new builds within the Wales and we found that Dandara has highest built quality, and they were designed well and spacious. This Dandara Parc Jiwbili is in excellent location and great access to the M4 towards Cardiff and Newport. We have had an excellent experience with Customer Services/Sales team. We would like to thank Laurie Purdy and Tracey Williams Customer (Services/Sales team). Absolutely exemplary service from start to finish. Level of ‘hands on’ customer care was brilliant. Shameful behaviour.. Dandara have just pulled the plug on a…

Dandara have just pulled the plug on a sale of a reserved property in Battle. The buyers, an elderly couple from South Wales, lost the sale of their property and we stepped in immediately to buy it. There was therefore some delay but we are/we’re about to complete in 2 weeks. They announced today they have sold the property. The suspicion is clearly they got a higher offer and that trumps Customer Care, respect and integrity. The ripple effect is being felt down the chain. Shame on them!

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs. Had over a 198 snags when I moved in. I’ve had to literally fight them for a year to get the snags remedied and they are still a number outstanding. The drains on the development are not fit for purpose and keep blocking. Also made to sign up for a management company for the development that turns out to be affiliated to Dandara and they charged a years fee and no landscaping or ground maintenance has been carried out. Shocking workmanship and customer care from start to finish. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THESE COWBOYS.

Terri, Brendan and Samantha - the dream team

Terri, Brendan and Samantha really went above and beyond I would say during the 3 years that we’ve stayed at the Westmount flat. From start to finish they’ve been accommodating and really quick to answer any of our questions and in making sure we have the best experience whilst living within the property. Any issues reported, they are always quick to respond so they get resolved quickly. There was not a lot as the property was well taken care of as well. Bitter sweet that we are leaving soon due to personal reasons but definitely was a good experience for us and have 3 years worth of good memories in the flat so thank you team. :)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Pippins in Hamstreet, specifically the Chartwell Show Home, and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Our tour guide, Tommy, was a fantastic host, providing us with detailed information about the property and its features while keeping us entertained with his charming personality. His colleague, Beau or Joe, was equally pleasant and helpful.One of the standout features of the show home was the breakfast room, which my son absolutely loved. The space was bright and airy, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the windows. The built-in dog feature was a unique touch that added a playful and whimsical feel to the room. My son was thrilled with the idea of having a dog house built right into the house, and I'm sure his dog Rufus would have loved it too.Overall, The Pippins in Hamstreet left a great impression on me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality property. The attention to detail and unique features of the Chartwell Show Home, combined with the exceptional service from Tommy and his team, made for an unforgettable experience.
