We are in the process of purchasing our home with Dandara at the Sweetings East Malling. So far we cannot fault the service we have received, with a special mention to Amy Emma and Andrew for all their hard work in supporting us through a very difficult journey to exchange. Their communication is consistent and clear, and they really have gone above and beyond to ensure all questions have been answered. We saw our finished home recently and the finishes both inside and our really are perfect. We are looking forward to finally moving in.

Finally we have settled on our new home!

Finally we have settled on our new Dandara home at The Grange in Aberdeen. It has taken us several months to find the right home and make our decision. Andrea has been very patient and supportive throughout this time and kept us updated with the available properties. Victoria at Towerlands Park

Unfortunately due to the current mortgage rates I wasn’t able to go ahead with the purchase however, Victoria at Towerlands Park was an absolute delight! She went out of her way to get me the best deal possible and was patient throughout the process so massive thank you to her and Dandara. I would highly recommend the team at Towerlands Park and Dandara seem to be very good as a whole! Hopefully I can come back in the near future and follow through.

I recently visited Dandara Homes in Aberdeen to view some of their properties, and I was thoroughly impressed with both the build quality and the level of customer service provided by their staff, Andrea. From the moment we arrived, Andrea was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to show us around the different types of homes they had built and answering all of our questions in a professional manner.The build quality of the homes was exceptional, and it was clear that Dandara Homes takes great pride in ensuring that their properties are built to a high standard. The attention to detail was impressive, and I could tell that a lot of thought had gone into every aspect of the design and construction.Overall, I would highly recommend Dandara Homes to anyone looking for a high-quality home in Aberdeen. The staff were fantastic, the build quality was excellent, and the properties themselves were stunning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!

Fantastic service from Andrea

You’ll never guess who we bumped into 22 years on? Andrea Robertson. Andrea helped my husband and I buy our first home when we got married and we spent 7 happy years there, before moving on. Now we are looking for our new home nearer to Aberdeen and when we visited the show home Andrea could not be more helpful. Genuinely interested in us as customers, Andrea is really honest and has our best interests at heart. Andrea also helped my mum and dad purchase their home a few years back and again they had the highest levels of service from Andrea and still remember her fondly years later.

After years of avoiding new builds…

After years of avoiding new builds because of what you were hearing about quality of build etc, Dandara in no way typify that sort of reputation. In all aspects they are a pleasure to deal with. The staff obviously all enjoy working for them, our main contact Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and informative about all aspects of the development, and always very pleasant and engaging. The site staff also have been very cooperative and willing to deal with the few minor snagging issues we have had.

I’ve only given 3 stars as I’ve experienced a disappointing experience. I admit I’ve been here over the two years so I don’t qualify for any help with some shoddy work which I’ve found too late I know .House is built well , struggled with poor standard of garden but I’ve dealt with that myself. Big issue for me but a small job for Dandara was discovering the side garage door has never been finished off properly. Huge unfinished gaps all along the bottom of door . Flat no from customer service not even any advice. They shouldn’t have been allowed to get away with such poor work. Not what you pay good money for

Fantastic service - a bit thanks to Susan

We made a reservation with Aberdeen Dandara 7 months ago. The sale manager, Susan, was extremely friendly and helpful. She kept us informed and managed our purchase brilliantly, and she was always available to answer our questions whenever they arose. Susan was wonderful to speak with, going above and beyond to ensure everything was fine, especially when our solicitor kept her radio salience for 2 months. I would have absolutely no trouble in recommending Susan and her sale team, massive thanks to Susan. We received the keys about a week ago, exciting times! The property looks so lovely, though there are some defects checked by a professional inspector. The Aberdeen Care Team responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. We hope the minor defects can be resolved before we move in. Another review will be followed.

The sales manager Kerry Rogers was very professional and fun to deal with, the sales team Liz Birchall and Ava Miller was a pleasure to deal with and also very professional. Russ Kelly (Customer Care) did the initial inspection on my behalf and picked up 5 ridicules issues which were not obvious, along with Rachel Layt who handed over the apartment to me.
