A stress free experience

Buying a Dandara apartment was so simple.This is down to their excellent highly organised sales team who were very professional from start to finish. You are kept updated at every step of the way. Any queries are answered immediately enabling you to be 100% happy prior to your purchase. We felt we were given an excellent one to one service. Dandara even negotiated with a local law firm to offer a very competitive rate for legal fees. Everything is thought of to make your purchase timely, efficient and stress free.Their marketing material is beautifully presented showing apartment layouts, measurements and prices to allow a prospective purchaser to choose the right apartment for their requirements. What you see on the brochure is exactly what you get when the development is finished. Outside areas are beautifully landscaped for every purchaser to enjoy. We bought the apartment as an investment and chose to take advantage of their Property Management Service and Rentals Department which ensures your apartment is let to a suitable tenant. They take care of producing the Tenancy Agreement amongst other things such as arranging annual servicing of boiler, doors and windows, in fact anything that needs attention. This takes away the worry of being a landlord knowing our apartment is well cared for, leaving us free to travel whenever we want.Dandara have thought of everything and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying one either as an investment or to live in yourself.

Love our new Dandara home(Ashgrove) and fantastic sales/care team

We are the first time buyer and had a lot of concerns to make the biggest purchase for us since we moved to UK. We spent almost two years to find a right house for us. When Jacqueline from Dandara introduced us this lovely town house, we really liked it and all purchase process went smooth owing to Dandara's sale team's support. Especially Jacqueline was excellent and she made our dream come true. It happened just a month of purchasing process. Although there was a bit of delay in the end of completion date, it was reasonable considering current situation of a long lead time of supply. The house is warm and the layout of the house is great. We are also lucky to settle down with nice neighbours in convenient location within Loanhead. We also thanks to Siobhan, Sam and Aaron for our home care and solving the snagging lists.

Fantastic experience with Dandara

Had a very pleasant experience with dandara at the hazlehead location. Worked with Alanna and Andrea and they are both fantastic. Make you feel right at home and they are very knowledgeable about the site and property. Also able to point out finer details of the property which some might not think of. We are first time buyers and we're having a great experience with the Shawfair site!We initially reserved our plot back in January and Carmela has been of a huge help to explain the whole process and we managed to conclude the missives quite quickly. The sales team has been in touch several times to updates on the status, and the new sales team member Gillian has been kind enough to have an introductory call and will be giving us the updates in the upcoming weeks until the completion date.I can say that the sales team has been very helpful and attentive to our needs, which is something difficult to come by when buying a brand new house! As first time buyers, we had so many questions on the process and they are always very patient in explaining the process or answer any questions we might have.On a separate note, we have also visited the site a few times during the period and, although we're not expert, we noticed that the building site is always kept very tidy by the end of the day, which is really great to see, since it shows that the site manager takes great care of the building site.

Apartment at Hazlewood, Aberdeen

My wife and I moved into our new apartment at Hazlewood in April, the whole process went very smoothly.Alanna was very helpful, she explained everything about the fixtures and fittings at the handover stage, and came back several times when we needed clarification/information about some of the workings of the controls etc that We had forgotten about.Alanna presented us with a Dandara welcome pack, which had lots of nice things ie sweets, bottle of red wine and so on, she also gave us the Dandara information pack which contained useful information about the various items in the apartment.We have had customer services several times to fix various minor issues, they have been very good at responding to our requests, thumbs up to Alison, Mihai and Daniel of Dandara customer services.The apartment has been built to a high specification, and is situated in a lovely area of Aberdeen.We have had visits from friends and family, who have all responded well when seeing the apartment for the first time.Alanna has been a pleasure to deal with, and we are happy with the service received.

Moved into a property at The Oaks development almost a month ago. I have to say everybody involved from the sales team, site managers, painters, plumbers etc have been nothing but helpful and professional. Special mention to Yasmine and Paul who kept us updated throughout the build with pictures and emails, and always found time to answer any queries. Very impressed with build quality and finish, and even now after four weeks the site manager checks to ensure all is ok. As one of the first to move into the development, therefore still building work in progress, I’m impressed with the way the site is managed to cause the least noise and disruption to residents.Well done to Dandara The Oaks team! Highly recommended.

I’ve been a tenant with Dandara for almost two years and I am very satisfied with their service. They’re very professional and responsive. Brendan McGill in particular was very helpful and patient in helping me to find my first apartment with them. I was able to comfortably communicate my budget and what I was looking for and he listened, and offered solutions. That meant a lot to me and I felt as though he genuinely cared about my interest. I recently signed a two year lease for my second apartment with Dandara, and again Brendan was amazing. He was very responsive and answered my email to view the new apartment almost immediately and within minutes an appointment was set to view the apartment.Overall I’m very pleased with my experience with Dandara; they have a very helpful team and their rental application process is quick and easy. I greatly value their responsiveness and willingness to listen and help. I would recommend them to everyone.

We are so delighted with our new Dandara home at Hazlewood Aberdeen 😁Alanna the sales lady there was so helpful from my initial enquiry. She was so flexible at fitting us in for viewings and to answer any questions we had. Even after we had reserved and paid a deposit and wanted to see the house yet again to measure up etc Alanna was so accommodating.
