Fantastic home at Hertford

I moved in Christmas 2022 and what an experience it was. Big hassles with my sale to the point I thought I would loose my beautiful home by the lovely Nicky helped push it through all the way to completion. So thank you Nicky for all your hard work and dedication getting us to finally move into our new homeThe build is really good minor issues which the customer care team have gone through it all very smoothly. I just love my home and cannot believe it’s been nearly 6 months since we moved in You have a great team at the Hertford development Croudace well done

Positive experience at Willowbrook Park Didcot

The house buying process can be a stressful time, however our experience with the Didcot Willowbrook Park site has been excellent all the way through from initial viewing, reservation, move in day, and post-move settling in. Most of my dealings were with Charlotte, our sales consultant, who made the whole process very efficient. She kept up communication with myself, estate agents and solicitors at every step. Handover was made a lot easier too, with all the information for the new house made conveniently available. After moving in, Charlotte and Mark (site manager) kept in touch with us to make sure everything was fine. Any minor findings (of which there were very few) were fixed quickly and easily. A lot of the team have been great to us here and we would recommend this development. Particular thanks to Charlotte, Mark and Martin for how friendly and helpful they have been to make our experience here a very positive one.

I recently purchased my new-build flat at the Willowbrook Park development in Didcot, and I must say that the customer service I have received has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I reserved the property to its completion, and even beyond, Charlotte from the sales team has showcased a level of dedication and expertise that is truly unique.Her in-depth knowledge of the company, the properties, and design has been of great help throughout the process, making it a smooth and enjoyable experience. I not only acquired my first home but have also gained insights into interior design and decor, which has been instrumental in creating a space that perfectly aligned with my vision. Charlotte is always quick to respond, for example going the extra mile to communicate with the head office when my solicitors were unable to. Charlotte's advice encompassed all aspects of the sales process, leaving no stone unturned. Her ability to explain complex technical details, such as the building's heat source pump and ventilation system, in simple terms has been extremely helpful.I would like to extend a huge thank you to Charlotte for her outstanding support and dedication throughout this journey. Her professionalism, expertise, and personal touch made a world of difference, turning what could have been a stressful process into a memorable one.I would also like to acknowledge Jenny and Laurie from the sales team for their incredible assistance. Great After sales Service

Great Customer Service, Emma is responsive and almost everything is arranged and handled within a few days. A few snags but nothing major, operation team Guy is phenomenal, punctual, polite and friendly. Most importantly those snags were resolved quickly in good quality, I couldn’t ask for more. My house is finished in high quality which has reflected in the price.

Fantastic service and advice

I visited the Hertford site last week, didn’t have an appointment but Nikki was very welcoming and spent a lot of time with me explaining the housetypes within my budget and possible future phase as a possibility She was exceptional and knows her products very well and answered nearly all my questions before I asked. Knowing what I can afford, what’s coming up but most of a the confidence she made me feel that there is a possibility of buying my first home. Even though it’s appointment only I was welcomed and was not rushed, the show homes are beautiful and the development I’m mean WOW, Nikki walked me round the development explaining the positioning of possible choices showed me from the site gates the locations of the apartments and explained the positioning of parking and stuff.It feels me with great confidence and excitement I cannot wait to buy at Hertford if I get a chance toI saw a few neighbours who live on site and the praise they all give Nikki she sounds like a super hero sale person going above and beyond The quality of the homes there look beautiful with the residents confirming the build quality and aftercare service is really good Thank you Nikki for your time and effort and I look forward to maybe owning my first home with youI’ve been to other developments in Hertford and did not get the service or time like I did with you 😄

Super house built by a brilliant team effort.

We have just purchased a new build home from Croudace Homes at Willowbrook Park Didcot. We are absolutely delighted with the new 3 bedroom detached house. The quality of the finish is impeccable from top to bottom. Special mention Alex for his attention to detail in doing a great job. Also to John and especially Charlotte Sales Consultants who made the whole process so smooth. Helpful clear communication every step of the way from start to finish. They both made us feel so welcome and looked after us. Moving house is always stressful but they looked after the detail so well. When we moved in and any issues all minor were quickly followed up by Mark who speedily gets things done. The whole team at Didcot work together as a team and it shows in every aspect. Well done Croudace they are a credit to you.

We moved into our house at The Pastures in Linton in mid September and although we had a bit of a bumpy ride getting to this point, I have to say the sales team Lauren & Danni were amazing and totally supportive throughout the whole process and we cannot thank them enough! Buy a new home from Nicki at Blakemore Manor, Hertford. We brought our lovely home from the very friendly Nicki and from the start she’s been very welcoming kept us updated on our sale due to our long chain. Without her help in chasing daily we wouldn’t of gotten into our beautiful home. Experience was above and beyond from reservation, choices, answering our million questions to even move in day. Even now after moving in she is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We just love our home and Nicki was right Croudace do have a good customer care team who he’ll deal with our minor issues in a timely manner. Without the knowledge of the company and development I do not think we would’ve brought a new home, we was back and fourth numerous times and Nicki gave us her time on every visit and made us feel comfortable and at ease. The development is lovely and friendly neighbours Move in day was made to feel easy, the keys were nicely labelled which made it easier to open the doors without hassle, the documentation wallet was a nice touch to keep all the information together but we just love the hamper, came in handy when we couldn’t find the biscuits for our delivery drivers after the made rush to pack. All the reviews about Croudace being an asset to the company are correct. Keep up the good work :-)

We moved into our home at Hertford 3 weeks ago and the sales team were very friendly and helpful. Nikki is very knowledgable in not just about Croudace houses but the sales progression and many other things, without her help I doubt we would’ve completed. It was very stressful but she was always calm and positive which kept us positive in thinking it would happen, she pushed our agents and chain and we got there. Since we moved in we had some issues but the customer care team helped us and got the things done. Ryan the site manager was very informative on the home demonstration before we moved in and he has done a very good build on not just my home but the phase so far. It’s very impressive how the development has come along. Thank you Nikki for all your help, advice, for always welcoming us in the sales office making the time even after we moved in. Highly recommend buying a Croudace Home at Hertford

When I first walked into the sales office at Hertford Blakemore Manor I was welcomed with open arms, everything was explained about what was available and sold the show homes were done very nicely and nice to see different styles. With the friendly service and advice from one of the sales team Nicky I brought a home there and the whole process of buying was stressful but Nicky was very helpful in chasing my agents and chain pushing it through, even doing my choices I wasn’t pressured and she helped guide me with my choices I really love my home and the whole Croudace team are there to help Even after being in my home for a month Nicky still welcomes me with open arms and always made time for me.We had a power cut a week ago (accident) and even though it wasn’t her job she stayed well after hours to make sure we was okay, kept the office open making us a drink and a cheeky biscuit Ryan the site manager was very helpful throughout the build and was there helping fixing the power issue It takes a lot to impress me especially with sales departments (I’ve seen it all) but for one staff member to go out there way making sure the process from buying a Croudace home to moving in and even after she went above and beyond.I recommend anyone looking to buy at Hertford to see Nicky, I tell all my friends and family Mr Chairman of Croudace I hope you see this message, Nicky is an asset to Croudace and she is a rarity to the sales department

Completely un-caring and un-empathetic senior Croudace staff risk customer uptake, inviting negative feedback

I answered a call from a Croudace Sales and Marketing Director to discuss the problems experienced with securing Plot 10 (the Northall) at the Beeches at Lindfield following a sudden and abrupt change in the release date of the property from end of May 2022 to end of April 2022. Here’s the summary:1. They are completely out of touch with what goes on during the sales process and the commitments made;2. They didn’t show any empathy to what amounted to a devastating piece of news when the sudden change to the release date occurred; 3. They are only interested in the "Big Picture" (their words, not mine) and making money, without having the smaller picture customer’s interests at heart or even beginning to understand them;4. They were completely unaware of what commitments the Sales Office made about the release date of Plot 10 and the definition of releaseable being that the roof would be on by then, which it clearly wasn't at this point in time;5. They didn’t care about the stresses and effort we’d had to go through to meet the original release date of the end of May, let alone suddenly bringing it forward by a month to the end of April; 6. Above all, they presented themselves as un-informed, arrogant, rude and dismissive during the whole telephone call, which was initiated by them in the first place;Based on the above and this type of Croudace employee, I don't think this is always the high quality, approachable, caring or reputable home builder that they would lead you to believe, particularly if a customer has to go through all of this upset and stress even before they've got to the stage of putting an offer in on a plot. I reckon that this must happen frequently with Croudace, but very few people will report it, as it is an example of an early pre-sales issue. My genuine, heartfelt advice would be to avoid Croudace and the apparent greed and uncaring attitude that accompanies this housebuilder. Needless to say, and despite my efforts, neither the CEO nor their deputy were available for any follow-up discussion. Just received a couple of very dismissive, rank-closing emails. Shameful.
