I sold my property through C J Hole. From my first conversation with Julian in sales to my interaction with Helen in sales progression, I didn't actually meet them face to face as I live 100 miles away. But this did not make any difference to a very professional transaction end to end. We agreed on a exchange of contracts and completion on the same day which was 31st March. We achieved to close the deal on that day, to my complete satisfaction. I would whole heartedly recommend CJ Hole without reservation.

We have been renting through C J Hole since last year and could not be happier with the service that we have received so far. We have been dealing with Cherelle as she is our property manager and we are both really, really happy with how she has handled our queries so far. She is friendly, professional and responsive. The Team at CJ Hole Bradley Stoke assisted me well in the purchase of an existing Buy to Let HMO. Though I had a few issues in setting up finance, the sales and progression staff were professional and courteous. The transaction did take a while, mainly due to actions necessary on my part but we got there in the end. The Property Management staff organised the transition of the existing tenants ensuring all compliance paperwork was in place at the transfer point. Excellent tenant find service

I rented my home in Bristol nearly a year ago as I was moving in with my partner. George spent time explaining the service during an initial visit and didn't pressure me as I took my time deciding what to do over a few weeks (e.g. which agent, which service, etc). The photos and write up for marketing are so important as people browse online, and I was really impressed with the quality of these done by George. In less than a week of marketing CJ Hole had found great tenants who continue to rent the property - rent is paid on time and the tenants keep the house immaculately. I organised my own inventory and gas safety certificate so can't comment on these services. If I ever needed to find new tenants in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use CJ Hole in Bradley Stoke again.

I recently purchased my new home through CJ Hole, whilst an unconventional time to move home we all managed to make this work safely. I found all the staff that I dealt with from beginning to end really helpful and friendly, always responded to calls/emails promptly and made the home buying journey pretty smooth. As we approached exchange/completion they took the active role of interacting with solicitors and my selling agents which helped ensure we were all joined up and saved me time as I was working. I’m sad to say this company let us down on numerous occasions , every time u try to get through they say negotiator will call back and there is no follow up or chase up , we are based up north and could only view properties on Saturday , they didn’t accommodate us at all and Dealt quite rudely Tbh. Right from the very first meeting at the property, I found the team very professional, helpful and easy to work with. We took the fully managed rental service and found this gave us real peace of mind. The team were always ready to resolve any issues that came up really efficiently and with great communication. Dealt with CJ hole when buying my first home. The girl who showed us round the properties was not pushy and let us get on with it. The office were professional when making an formal offer, no pushy sales negotiators here. The sales progression team are also helpful in chasing up various parties including both parties solicitors, making the process move along smoothly. Would definitely use them if i ever want to sell my house in the future. Overall a lot better estate agent them some of the other ones we dealt with along the way.
