Here at CJ Hole Bradley Stoke, we've been providing a specialist estate and lettings service to our local communities in Bradley Stoke, Cheswick Village, Winterbourne, Severn Beach and the surrounding areas for over a decade. Our office is located in the busy Willow Brook Centre which boasts in excess of 80,000 visitors each week. Born and bred in Bristol, Franchise owner Chris Hill has a wealth of on-the-ground knowledge of the city and the surrounding areas. Chris runs a total of six offices in the area and is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA), and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). He is passionate about the property industry having 28 years of experience. GoogleDon’t expect to see your deposit back if you actually plan on living in your property. Happy to deduct £170 for water marks on a shower head but didn’t mind when our home was subject to several leaks which we cleaned without compensation. Expect a smirky reply from the manager as he’s proactive on here but not on a email. Fake smiles and a lot of lies.

The Landlord had requested part of your deposit to be deducted, not ourselves. Any deductions are based on comparing the current condition to the condition when you took up tenancy. GoogleI have been working with the Lettings department at CJ Hole Bradley Stoke to conduct Legionella risk assessments on their managed properties and it has been a pleasure! All of the tenants I met had been notified in advance of my visit and not a single issue with any of the properties surveyed. Everyone has been so organised and professional along the way, I would highly recommend!
