We have recently rented out and also sold a property through CJ Hole in Bradley Stoke. Right from the very first meeting at the property, I found the team very professional, helpful and easy to work with. We took the fully managed rental service and found this gave us real peace of mind. The team were always ready to resolve any issues that came up really efficiently and with great communication. We then decided to sell the property and again the team were excellent. Giving us really sound advice on the selling price and on potential buyers. Managing the process thorugh to completion very effectively. Dealing with CJ Hole felt more like talking to friends than an Estate Agent. I strongly recommend them :-)

Dealt with CJ hole when buying my first home. The girl who showed us round the properties was not pushy and let us get on with it. The office were professional when making an formal offer, no pushy sales negotiators here. The sales progression team are also helpful in chasing up various parties including both parties solicitors, making the process move along smoothly. Would definitely use them if i ever want to sell my house in the future. Overall a lot better estate agent them some of the other ones we dealt with along the way.

Sharp practice.... booked to see a property to let, went to see it, girl was nice, told if I'm interested to "make an offer" at the office??? I thought why make an offer when it's advertised at £1300?? And why go to the office when I'm stood in front of an cj hole Rep? Anyway, drove to the office, upon sitting down the price went up £50 and told website was a mistake, asked what my offer is, well my offer was the advertised price? Plus £50 all of a sudden.. Rang back at end of day and told "landlord took another offer"... this practice is what gives agency's the Rep they have. Presume if a property has any demand, price will go up and you are expected to offer more than the price advertised. Will be sending this experience to trading standards, as it happens I took another property the same day but besides the point. Google cj hole Bristol and read about the protests etc, believe it all and tread carefully with these people....

Fantastic service. We had been let down by another agent in the same building that were lazy, rude, didn’t listen and had a Teflon coat, that we lost our dream home as well as I found out they had messed the owner about too as I apologised to her for what happened to find out we had both been duped. Went to see Samantha at CJ Hole at Bradley stoke, explained our situation and circumstances. Within a month and half from talking to her, we had completed on our new home. The team there were everything we needed after being treated the way we had by other agents. Definitely recommend, and would use again if we had to sell or rent.

CJ Hole provided my girlfriend and I with an excellent service, with fees that were much less expensive than all of the other local estate agencies for letting. This was the first house I had rented and the member of staff we dealt with, Claire, made this a very easy and enjoyable experience. The house is excellent and well priced, CJ Hole are very quick to respond to emails and available by phone in the event of an emergency. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great service from Willow Brook Bradley Stoke branch. Very friendly staff and kept pushing for completion asap.
