Here at CJ Hole Bradley Stoke, we've been providing a specialist estate and lettings service to our local communities in Bradley Stoke, Cheswick Village, Winterbourne, Severn Beach and the surrounding areas for over a decade. Our office is located in the busy Willow Brook Centre which boasts in excess of 80,000 visitors each week. Born and bred in Bristol, Franchise owner Chris Hill has a wealth of on-the-ground knowledge of the city and the surrounding areas. Chris runs a total of six offices in the area and is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA), and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). He is passionate about the property industry having 28 years of experience. GoogleIF YOU ARE A TENANT DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. If you read through the reviews, they're all landlords related. This is not a company that looks after tenants. I will not mention my experience with them but I'm absolutely disgusted. 1 star is too much.

I thought it was great that they would chase each week and give us an update, this kept both solicitors in line and meant that we completed within 11 weeks. Overall pretty poor customer service starting from over valuing the property which impacted initial interest, lots of time wasters who didn't seem to be vetted very thoroughly and then very poor communication during the selling process. Fortunately the agents of the property we were buying were the total opposite and drove the sale, I daresay without them we would never have managed to move before Xmas....

GoogleWill happily lie to get your business then have you living next to a unfinished building site for 7 months with no street parking for £1225 a month.
Hi Jamie. We are really sorry to hear that your are unhappy in the property. Had we of known this back in April when you asked to renew your tenancy, we could have helped you source another property. The building work to which you refer is being carried out by Barratt Homes, therefore a different develop to the one that built your house, therefore we were unaware of their timescales. Claire and Laura have been very kind and helpful in all the letting process doing their best to protect and fulfill the requirements from both the Landlord and the tenant. I strongly recommend this branch over any other in the area.
