GoogleAfter ten years of being a customer, I have never compIained. Now my emails are being ignored and my request for the general managers name and details ( so I can resolve the issue ) is not being provided nor is there any resolution to my issues which I have outlined, which I will outline in later review.

GoogleWe received good service from Alex Pedersen for securing a new apartment that we were keen on from the outset. He provided good communication throughout the process and it went very quickly. Our property however is not managed by Romans, so I can only comment on the service of the sales team, which we we had no problems with.

GoogleWorst Agency ever.... irresponsible staff. We gave them a offer to rent a property, they offered it to someone else and didn't even update us and never returned my calls. I have never experienced such a terrible service from a estate agent, ridiculous money they charge and the service is awful. Avoid them if you can!!!

GoogleI thought that the staff we not very helpful I was always Calling for a update or seeing when the next steps and when we had a offer accepted on house they were also selling they sold it to someone else behind our back after being told they were not taking anymore viewings on that property!
