GoogleShocking, we have been in for 2 weeks and have absolutely no response from you with regards to our snag list. What is the point of getting a snag list in within 10 days and nothing gets done about it. Our original Manager, Codey, has since left your company and messages were not passed on to the new Manager. I am currently out of the country and asked explicitly that i get some answers before i left on the 27th Feb. My husband has called the new manager and has also not received any feedback except for the fact that she received the email. Please advise on what we are supposed to do to get any kind of service out of Romans. I am so disappointed in Romans.

GoogleI found them VERY EXPENSIVE! Getting electric water heater fixed took 3 WEEKS! !!!!!!! No hot water in the shower during that time ! I feel like I'm not the customer for them and they are only looking after the Land Lord ! Even cancelling my tenancy is problematic ! NEVER AGAIN

GoogleVery friendly. A few years ago I would have happily given 5 stars. Have been with this company many years. BUT - last 2 years or so, I have noticed that calls are often not returned, and emails often unanswered, or take a very long time to be replied to. It is difficult sometimes to get anyone to answer the phone. Bloody answer machines all the time. Also, a few years ago, they tried to UP my tax rental percentage, after an agreement was set many years before. After threatening to take my buissness elsewhere, they didn't do it. .Disappointing. Such a shame. What happened ???

GoogleMistakenly took me to the wrong property in the same complex. When I called to complain they stated I had enquired about the wrong property which is a false as I have rechecked the enquiry through zoopla. No remorse. Time wasters I would avoid and use a more professional estate agent. If you do use them I would strongly recommend that you make them clarify things more than the two times I did via phone and get them to send the property details back to you of the booking you have. Or end up wasting time and money...

GoogleWe have been very happy with the service provided by Romans this past year. My husband and I moved to France, and Romans are managing our flat in Bracknell for us. We opted for the full service, and have been very happy with the entire team. We especially want to mention Oliver Hawkins, who was instrumental in setting up our contract, and working with us each step of the way. He also keeps in contact with us on a regular basis. We couldn't ask for better service.

GoogleAfter the fabulous service I initially received, things have now gone rather quiet. No responses to emails, no update calls, no answers to questions. Documents signed, fee paid = silence! Would appreciate a response since being asked to leave feedback after receiving great service pre-agreement signing :)

GoogleJon Langley from Romans came over to advise us of a valuation of our property, he was professional and knowledgeable and also confident in the value he gave us, which was actually a lot more than we were advised by other agents, almost 10% more! We trusted Jon and Romans and we were right to do this, within 4 days we had 12 different viewings, 2 offers and SOLD for the asking price...4 days!! Since selling we have had great communication from Amelia and the Romans team and cannot fault them. I would recommend them to anyone and if you haven’t had Romans round and you are selling you are missing out!
