I have experienced Roman Estate Agents for both buying and selling a property. They are attentive and go out of their way to organise viewings and find out information about the property. Jon Hawthorne managed the sale of my property. He did a brilliant job in co-ordinating the sale from the original offer through to completion.

Romans were really helpful when selling our property, they marketed the house well and were very organised with bookings allowing us minimal disruption. Had an offer accepted within 10 days. The sale process went smoothly and all were very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Very good experience with lettings manager Andy Cullen with end of tenancy arrangements and negotiations with tenant regarding agreeing monies for repairs to the property. Excellent follow up on progress and fast response times to queries. Would recommend service to others

Always value properties much higher than market value. Happy to let buyers guzump eachother during the buying process just to get measly more comission. Overall a terrible company. Any house being sold by Romans I completely disregard because I refuse to have any further dealings with them.

Calls go to head office, they pass the message on to Bracknell branch to call back and they never do. Phoned 3 times for the same query and same response. Not very professional and considering the extortionate rate for admin fees, you'd like to think someone is there answering calls. Nothing but issues.

We have just rented our house out through Romans, fully managed because we know they will do a great job being our interface. Been working with Amie and the process was utterly smooth. It’s not the first time we’ve used Romans, they were excellent on our previous let and are doing great again!

I found them VERY EXPENSIVE! Getting electric water heater fixed took 3 WEEKS! !!!!!!! No hot water in the shower during that time ! I feel like I'm not the customer for them and they are only looking after the Land Lord ! Even cancelling my tenancy is problematic ! NEVER AGAIN

Romans have been very helpful during the process of selling, always at hand to answer questions and guide one through the moving process. The added service provided, such as suggestions for solicitors and removal companies that could be employed, have been most welcome and all add up to a great service.

My letting fee was suddenly increased from 10% to 12.3% without any prior warning. The tenant hadn't changed and the rent had not been increased. I emailed the accounting department who claims that that they had forwarded my mail to the Bracknell Branch and that they would get back to me about this matter. I have heard nothing from them about this matter. I am going to email them again today. Totally unhappy and actively looking for a different letting agent.
