GoogleRomans have been fantastic, we had a bad experience with another agent and were a bit put off in general! But the team at Romans Bracknell have restored our faith! Their communication has been fantastic and always happy to have a chat and not rushing to get us of the phone if we had any questions! I would definitely recommend Romans , they are very professional and are very good at what they do!

GoogleExtremely unprofessional, two very bad experiences. Not sure why. Two times I agreed to view property and both of them went south with no acceptable reason. Recently been left front on Bevan gate waiting and after calling you guys got to know it's been cancelled! What a professional way indeed.

GoogleResponding to my email when trying to arrange a viewing was so blunt.I cannot believe the way I was treated by this employee : Kasim Chaudhry, rude and arrogant. If I was to spend almost half a million on a property, being a potential customer I would want to be treated with respect, in fact any customer need to be dealt with in a nice way. Will be taking my business someplace else.

GoogleThey rent out a property next to me. It's been damaging my shed. trees and bushes have put a hole in it. I've asked them lots of times to do something about it and to get back to me but they keep ignoring my messages her name is kimberley and she does not care... take your business somewhere else

Our flat was being redecorated before we moved in and Jack called us giving updates regularly, he ensured we were kept in the loop and has continued to be helpful.
