GoogleWe can't say enough good things about Jonathan!
When we met, we had just offered on another house and we didn't want anything to derail the sale of our home. Jon completely understood our situation and worked quickly and effectively to secure a sale within a week.
What made the difference for us was Jon's communication - we felt completely informed at all times and there was no pressure or 'sales-cliche' malarky - just clear and friendly information.
We felt the whole team at Romans work together really well - everyone we talked too knew what was happening - its a sign of a group of people working in the customers interests - no show pony's allowed!
We are thrilled to have secured the sale of our home so quickly, which has in turn, allowed us to purchase our next home.

We then picked leaders, who romans then bought out.
To sum it up, it's far too corporate and have 0 customer service skills, never a personal touch. They only care about there money, if they owe you money good luck getting it back.
They really don't care about people, only earning there commission

GoogleRomans represent the very worst of estate agents from a tenants perspective. Upon exiting my tenancy they proceeded to try and steal and gouge as much of my deposit from me as they could. They literally had to remove several hundred from their initial schedule of damages, as the costs were simply inaccurate or wrong. I have heard this is common practice for Romans, and would warn anyone intending to rent from them to be very careful!
