GoogleAbsolutely terrible! Awful customer service, and they really don’t care. They gave me keys to move in to my new apartment and when I turned up the whole place was flooded and unlivable! Romans knew but didn’t tell me.

GoogleWe rent with Romans Bracknell, and are very fortunate to have a wonderful property manager, Donna-Marie Brant. We have known Donna for many years now, over our time in 2 properties. I cannot thank her enough for her hard work, professionalism and lovely personality. She is always so helpful and works very hard to ensure both us and our Landlord, who lives abroad, are happy.

GoogleTrying to get hold of your west drayton office for weeks now! Are they still open? Multiple voicemails and emails with no response at all. I moved out in June and I still have the keys to my old place! How do I get these back to you and get my deposit back!?

GoogleWhen I bought a flat with Romans, I couldn't fault them, they were super helpful and really good guys to deal with. I dealt with Joe Douglas and he was nothing but helpful throughout and you can tell he is really good at his job. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe have used Romans as Managing Agents for our buy to let properties for many years now. We have always found them to be very responsive and understanding in dealing with on-going tenants as well as being very efficient in finding new tenants and arranging the many facets of the change-overs. GoogleEveryone has been very friendly and professional, sometimes email replies have been a little late but for the most part they have been very prompt. I’m disappointed that the house was not cleaned before we arrived, but the staff were open and honest about that fact that it hadn’t been done but they were also disappointed about this service
