The estate agent we dealt with was very friendly and answered all questions my husband and I had when viewing the property. We were sent lots of emails and my husband was always able to speak on the phone to someone if needed. We did feel a but pushed to use the recommended tenancy insurers when we wanted to go on our own and questions we had via email weren't always answered.

Great experience. When I was looking for a house. Leaders team was spot on especially James. It was his attitude that made me pick the house then I met Tina, then met my landlord. Who meets their landlord even before taking the house. Who does that?. Very nice. Very impressive. Very patience. Am happy being your tenant.
