My experience was great because, I ever met an estate agent who listened to me, was patient with us (me and my wife) and gave us a lift to view two properties. The response time was great as we did not need to sit for too long waiting, even when there was no prior appointment. He was helpful to have responded the way he did and that spoke volumes.

Really bad experience

AVOID! We enquired on a house to buy, within 3 days we offered what we were told the previous buyers that dropped out paid for the property. "told by the agents themselves". The offer was accepted. We were then told to instruct a surveyor "ASAP", and booked it straight away. We received an email saying your offer has been accepted. and were all ready to go and proceed. We then received a phone call the next morning saying someone had offered more. Our terms were that it be taken off the market and this was never done. We tried to make a higher offer but we would not be told what the higher offer was so we wouldn't know if we were matching. The overall experience as first time buyers is terrible, the communication was rubbish from the get go, even though we are serious buyers. We may just about get our money back for the survey. Please consider what has happened to us when you consider going with this estate agent.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My entire tenancy with Leaders in Cambridge was a complete nightmare. Their business practices are highly deceptive, predatory, and seemingly designed to trap tenants. I had to consult Citizens Advice just to protect my legal rights.

Avoid this agent and do not part with your hard earned deposit as you will never see it again. My sons have been waiting SIX months for theirs to be returned. Leaders have tried to blame wear and tear that was evidenced in the original letting photos on my sons, have ignored every single attempt at correspondence, failed to provide in date safety certificate (the gas engineers who was called out reported them). Next stage is the Ombudsman as I am not prepared to let this go. Leaders you should be ashamed. Please avoid and save yourself financial loss.
