DO NOT USE LEADERS!!! They are so inconsistent, rude and have no compassion!! When trying to get hold of them they give you nothing but attitude and don’t take your problems or queries seriously… they are so unprofessional and couldn’t care less! I had bin/plumbing issues where I couldn’t even use my own bathroom and they saw it as a non urgent matter!

We wish to highly commend Joanne Stakim, Property Manager for Tonbridge Letting Agents. We experienced a quite serious overnight kitchen (pipe under sink) leak, waking up on morning last week to a real problem. I feared the worst as we all know how this kind of situation can normally take time to resolve. NOT with Jo! She was instantly onto it, assuring us of her full attention and by Monday lunch, through our landlord and with Jo's fast connections to an excellent local plumber - all was sorted. Absolutely fantastic customer service from Jo, and actually the very best we have experienced so far. Superb work Jo! Thank you very much indeed!

I am very pleased with the way Jade Revill manages the letting of my property: she's efficient, polite, and friendly. In the past I have found some of the team less than 100% efficient when I call, Jade isn't in the office, and my request that a message be passed on to her doesn't always get through. 5 stars for her, fewer for the team. On another issue, I do wish that Leaders Accounts Department could send me a monthly statement that I can make sense of. Monthly statements from Leaders are unnecessarily complicated; both the other estate agents I deal with send me statements I can understand. I suspect I am not the only landlord to complain about this.

If I could leave a - 100 % I would. 4 days before moving into a property. Paying a deposit getting a grantee. They have now sent a email stopping the move. Money lost on moving van and stuff bought. Josh expand to us a redickless excuses on to the ombudsmen now. Thank you for make us homeless Friday.

I’ve had a really positive experience with the agency throughout the whole process. Everyone has been friendly, helpful and professional, and the communication has been great. I’d especially like to mention Callum, who has been absolutely lovely to deal with. He is very polite, friendly and easy to communicate with, and always responds quickly to phone calls and messages. He has made the process feel much easier and less stressful. It’s also clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find a new property as quickly as possible and is always willing to help wherever he can.
