GoogleI would give an extra star if I could for Georgia. Her customer service is far and beyond anyone could get. She is extremely polite and helpful. After spoken to so many agents from different agencies, Georgia is the most sweetest and kindest one out of all. Excellent customer service! GoogleUsed Chancellors for both letting and sales. Excellent services! Shelby chandler-Wootton from sales progression helped me all the way through with patience and profession. Clear communications all the time. There was always someone to take over if one is on holiday. I found no stress or difficulties to communicate with them.

GoogleI have got a let in house from chancellor. The communication was easier and they are available for helping when some maintenance problem come. I had recent problem with the wardrobe and chancellor especially Megan Courtney, helped me and made it easier and stress-free. She was really helpful and informative as well kind to listen and assist with the trouble.

GoogleWe've recently moved into a property that is being managed by Chancellors, and we have been lucky in the fact that our property has been managed by a very good, professional, and responsive agent by the name of Lauren Clancy. She has been very quick to address any issues that we have encountered, and is very responsive over email. Based on this experienc , I would recommend chancellors to anyone.

GoogleTristan was so good to us when he was Manager of the Bracknell branch. He secured a sale on our flat for asking price within two days of valuing our flat - without our flat even going to market! This shows the interest that he has in his clients needs as he knew exactly who our flat was suitable for. He was then there for us every step of the way and assisted as much as he could with finding a home for us to go to - helping to coordinate the chain. Additionally I had comments from other estate agents who had noticed that Chancellors had improved in the last few months, funnily enough when Tristan joined the Bracknell branch! We are very grateful for all of Tristan's help and would definitely like to work with him again in the future! Many thanks Tristan!

GoogleVanessa has been absolutely fantastic with my house purchase. It’s wonderful having someone looking after your case and touching base with you weekly to give you advice, just have a catch up and to follow up with Solicitors. Its like having your own administrator making sure things are on track as sometimes life just gets in the way. It has been a long process but we are finally there and she called to congratulate me this afternoon, I have an exchange date so now time for celebrations and making a list.
