I would like to see a big thank you to Chancellors Letting Agent south east management team. Dana to be precise - this is a thank you for all your hard work and patience. I would also like to say thank you to Maya, John, and Liberty. They always attend to my call and every issue I have at the Property. I have used different Letting agencies overtime but the experience I have had with Chancellors has been easy and seamless. Their communication level is clear, respectful, and very understanding. GoogleDon’t waste your time. They will cause you more stress than you could believe. No communication through out the 7 months of hell. Moving is one of the most stressful things you can do and this joke of a company has no compassion or empathy to the situation. If your selling do not use this company as the contract manager handling our sale was sacked due to a number of reasons, if your buying they will bend over backwards for you. They lie throughout saying we have the wrong number that’s why no one has been in contact. Strange as you’re calling me on that number now. All errors are made by office juniors which you could understand but why put them in charge of the biggest thing you will ever buy. In short if you want to be lied to when you get to speak to someone you want the sale to take twice as long as it should as they don’t seem to be able to do their jobs right, o and no congratulations on the sale just the buyer is here in the office when are you dropping off the keys. Well this is the estate agent for you.

The frustrating experience of dealing with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for 4 months and an accounting team who hadn’t chased the debt, contacted the guarantor or provided an account statement during the period. I was most frustrated when calling the area office. However, Rebecca answered my call and listened to my issues, heard my frustration and took the time to agree a course of action. Not only did she accurately outline the situation, advise what steps she would take to gather the information and committed to contacting me with updates. To be called back with an update was most refreshing and unusual having previously left more than 5 messages for a manager and not receiving a call back.

A review for Shelby Chandler-Wootton as she was our middle to last contact who helped achieve what we thought was the impossible. She went out of her way to make sure our buyer was getting stuff done. We believe between her and a 3rd party involved with the purchase of our new home, they got this done on time! We thank you so much for pushing our buyer because we soon learnt a few weeks after moving that they had absolutely no interest in living in our old home and have now LET this out thus confirming why it was more stressful waiting on them getting documents sent (they didnt really care it seemed, either too layed back or incompetent). We genuinely thought we were going to lose our buyer 1 week before Completion and by this point, both us and our sellers were already underway with moving and selling items. Shelby did what she could to get this over the line so we thank you!
