FacebookIn my opinion Macintyers are one of the best Estate Agents in the area. They are extremely professional, friendly and approachable. They made selling our property stress free. Our house sold within a week, in fact we had our first offer within 2 days. The Macintyers team kept us fully up to date throughout the process. For anyone thinking of selling their property. I would highly recommend Macintyers.

GoogleWe have just completed the sale of a bungalow in Middleton Cheney in the roll of executors during the Covid pandemic. As absent vendors we relied on Macintyers to arrange all matters in respect to viewings etc in difficult circumstances, and were very pleased with the service we received. They were also able to advise on suitable solicitors, and we wouldn't hesitate to use Macintyers again should the need ever arise.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
Thank you Paul. We will share your lovely review with the team.

GoogleThis is a good estate agent firm, with plenty of wisdom. James takes great shots that make the house look like a vision! Of course, I keep a tight ship, but it does help. Always on hand to answer questions and reassure. I would use them again for sure.

GoogleExcellent estate agents - took 6 weeks to sell our home and exchange - best estate agents in Brackley by far - really good after sales which makes such a difference
Many thanks for you lovely review Abi. When we take on a property that's already been on the market with another estate agent, we always feel under pressure to deliver the results. However, I'm thrilled to say we did, and at such amazing pace too! 22 days from offer to exchange is a new record for us! Thank you for placing you lovely home in our capable hands. All the best in the future. Many thanks, Peter

GoogleAnnie & Stacey from the lettings team were incredibly helpful during the rental process - although there were some delays along the way which were out of their control, they kept us up to date on what was going on at all times. Extremely professional, flexible and friendly too, it made the process as stress-free as possible for us as first time renters. Thank you!
Thank you so much Charlotte for your kind review. Wishing you a happy tenancy. Many thanks, Annie

FacebookHaving the experience of nemerous estate agents in the past it is apparent to us that Martin Goulder and Mary are head and shoulders above the rest of the field. Martin kept us in the loop throughout the negotiations for our house purchase and without his proactive interventions we are certain that the transaction would have ultimately failed. A most professional job well done.

GoogleThey work professionally and are very responsive. They have very clear and structured online platforms to complete the necessary documents and paperwork, that worked very smoothly, probably the best service I have had so far in the years I have been in the UK. If you're looking to rent in Brackley, I strongly recommend the lettings services offered by Macintyers!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI just purchased a home through Macintyers and they could not have been more fantastic. Ben and the team provided support and a continuous flow of information throughout the entire process. If I ever sell the property in the future I would not hesitate to instruct them again.

GoogleThe main reason we decided to go with Macintyers was because they were a local independent estate agent rather than part of a chain, and we're so glad we did. They were personable and professional and kept us regularly updated throughout, making the whole selling/buying process go as smoothly as possible. I wouldn't hesitate in using or recommending them again in the future.

GoogleVery professional and courteous when taking viewings for our property. They were always at the end of the phone if ever we had a concern. Really came to life when the chain stalled and did all the chasing required to get the chain over the line. I would highly recommend using compared to other agencies in the area.
Thank you Michael for your endorsement, we always try to do what's best for you the customer, so if you're happy, so are we. We hope that you and Natasha will be very happy in your new home.

TrustpilotBrackley branch - avoid unless you like being messed around
This company withheld vital information about a house sale which meant we lost money and time in a completely avoidable situation, had they just been honest. We not only spent solicitor/search fees but we also completed on our house sale, moving into temporary accomodation with our two young children on the promise that everything was progressing exactly as it should be. Unbeknown to us, the house had been sold twice before, with the most recent purchasers waiting for an entire year before being left with no choice but to pull out, because the gentleman still residing at the property had absolutely no intention of leaving (it was a sale due to divorce). We lost 5 months of time, lost £££, and had so much hassle due to their dishonesty!!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
