I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the team. Jack, Chester and Annie were all absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. They were consistently quick to respond, always answering my questions with genuine care and sincerity, which made such a difference during what can be quite a stressful time. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their kindness and professionalism really stood out. Everything was handled efficiently with a really quick turnaround, which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who is not only reliable and responsive, but also genuinely supportive and easy to deal with.

Me and my boyfriend have had a couple days booked up with house viewings as we needed to move in to the area from Bristol. We were fortunate enough to have Jack Perryman as our agent on a couple of these viewings. I can say with confidence after being to several house viewings that Jack has been our best agent by a landslide. He is professional, honest, respectful and was easy to talk to. He knows all the information you need and was happy enough to go back to the previous landlord to answer a tricky question for us within 24 hours. I don't think there is much else I can say other than I was genuinely impressed and if you are fortunate enough to be paired with him you will understand what I mean. Whatever Jack earns is probably not enough and deserves a pay rise. Ann & Sam

I had a great experience with Alexander & Co in Brackley while finding a flat to rent. I dealt with Chester, who was fantastic from start to finish. He was quick to arrange a viewing and got on top of everything straight away. Chester was always on the other end of the phone whenever I had questions and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I first got in touch about a month ago and have literally moved in today, everything went so smoothly. Really grateful for all the help and couldn’t thank Chester enough for making the whole experience stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Alexander & Co Brackley to anyone looking to rent in the area!

I would just like to say a very big thank you to Kyisha Parmar of the lettings agency who has helped me so much above and beyond her duties, with a long and complicated insurance claim required for repair works to a leak affecting our tenant. Without Kyisha's kind and consistent help, this problem might not have been resolved...I cannot thank her enough!

The Brackley team took care of both our original purchase and our sale, as well as a period renting it out in between. We're very happy with the outcome. We always felt that they were looking us. Many thanks to Peter, Martin, James and Helen from sales and Annie and Charlotte from the rental team.

I've recently completed a sale of property with Alexander and Co, Martin made me feel at ease and nothing was to much for him with valuation and setting up for the sale. James then continued with the sale of the Property and managed my viewings, he was absolutely fantastic!! He managed the viewings wonderfully, always calm professional quick feedback couldn't ask for more. He was aware the sale of property was a huge step for me but throughout it all he helped to keep me calm I am so grateful to you thank you for looking after us and providing excellent service James 5 star!

Alexander and Co in Brackley absolutely deserve a 5/5 rating here. The staff went above and beyond to complete on a difficult purchase (difficulty not caused by them), especially James who kept us updated every step of the way and chased daily for updates for us. They are genuine and friendly people who completely understand how important buying/ selling a home is and will handle each step professionally. Couldn't fault them, they provided more information to us than our solicitors. Would absolutely use this company again.

If you want an estate agent in Brackley and surrounding villages, don’t choose anyone else but Alexander & Co. We tried 2 agents before them, and wished we had hired Peter and his team first. Professional, incredibly hard working and so supportive. We haven’t sold a house for many years and everything has changed, we hadn’t realised how important the professionalism of your agent is not just for securing a sale, but through the conveyancing process, to keep everything together. Peter was the lynchpin in our chain and worked long hours to smooth things along. Alexander & Co know the Brackley market really well and their team are all genuine estate agents so no matter who works with you, they know their stuff. We can’t thank them enough for all they have done for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Selling our home was a huge step for us as it is for many, after initially using an agent where there was no communication during a six week period, it was refreshing to know that we would be lead through this journey stress free by Martin and his team. I had regular contact and updates from Alexander & co which made us feel that even though some weeks we didn't have a viewings, we hadn't been forgotten. Peter, Martin and James were professional, honest and friendly at all times and made this experience just brilliant. I cannot recommend these lovely guys enough. Thank you so much

Cannot recommend Alexander & Co in Brackley highly enough. Peter, Martin and James are amazing in sales. Kept us up to date at all times and never gave up. Even though we were selling during Christmas when it is typically a quiet period we had lots of viewings and interest because of this team. Jill the after sales, Move Manager was amazing and I cannot praise her enough, she chased solicitors, helped with queries and was my saviour! And not to forget Frances the weekend sales advisor, ever the professional! All a totally amazing, friendly and professional bunch.

James was absolutely brilliant in helping us find houses to view. He was proactive in arranging viewings and even took us to see properties we hadn’t spotted on Rightmove or thought to consider, and they turned out to be great options. He’s incredibly personable, kept us up to date every step of the way, and always answered the phone when he could (or managed our expectations if he was tied up). His professionalism, communication, and genuine care made the whole process so much smoother. Couldn’t recommend James more highly!

I cannot thank Alexander and Co for there superb assistance buying our new and forever home. I would like to thank James and Jill in particular for their patience with me as, at times a frustrated client, it’s never easy buying and selling property but the Team as this Estate agents were simply brilliant. They were all very professional and had so much knowledge I always felt they were stearing the ship. Thank you so much.D@D

The sale of my house has finally completed. This has been a long, tough process for all sorts of reasons. I can’t thank Martin and James, and many other team members enough for their professionalism , help, kindness and consideration. Martin and James have kept me informed and kept brilliant communication with me throughout the whole process. This has been very much appreciated especially in very difficult circumstances. Thank you Martin and James for everything you have done, the friendly chats, laughs to lighten a tough situation and important advice to enable this to reach its conclusion. I would highly recommend these people to help with your property choices. Thank you so much.

The team at the Brackley branch of Alexander and Co. are truly excellent. Our house sale and purchase process was part of a very long chain which took the team there a significant effort to manage to reach exchange. I have no hesitation in recommending James, Hannah, Martin and the team for all the effort they put into firstly selling our house in a professional way achieving a sale price we wanted but also for the huge amount of effort in post sale to get us across the line. Special mention should also go to Spratt Endicott who being situated just behind the Alexander and Co. office in Brackley meant communication (at least from our perspective!) was seemless and efficient! Highly recommended.

Alexander & Co handled the purchase of our house in Brackley. The team were attentive, thorough and professional throughout (our main contacts were Hannah, Martin and Terry). We did have a particularly annoying legal issue which delayed completion, however, Martin Goulder was relentless in getting this resolved through long hours and hard work in his pursuit of the various legal teams while keeping us fully updated at all stages. Thank you to Martin and all who were involved. Splendid work!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Max Brocksmith who visited my property in order to provide a valuation. Max was on time , friendly and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would have no hesitation choosing Alexander&Co again.

I would like to give a 5 star rating but sadly I have to reduce this to 4 due to our initial experience when our property sale was being handled by one particular member of staff. We were very unhappy with the level of detail, attention and accuracy of information being relayed, which resulted in a sale being delayed then lost. Thankfully the sale management was taken over by Martin Goulder and he really improved the level of service. The efficiency and amount of detail & communication stepped up several gears. Martin was always responsive and proactive and we have him to thank for finally exchanging contracts in June 2023.

Alexander and Co sold our house for us and we couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism and support we had during the process. Our process wasn't an easy one but James kept us updated throughout the whole process and helped us to get our house sold so that we could start our new chapter. Very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future.

As first-time renters, we received exceptional service from the lettings team at Alexander & Co. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly responsive and helpful in their correspondence with us, and ensured that we could progress through each stage without any problems. They were also very kind to help us feel welcome in our new home with some useful gifts and a lovely card. Overall, we are super thankful for the service we received, and would highly recommend Alexander & Co, particularly Jack and Charlotte!
