We could not be happier with the team at Oulsnam in Droitwich. Angela, Claire and Trina have all been absolutely fantastic when helping us find the right buyer for our home, and in helping us find our new home. Claire went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home, after spending time to listen to and find out about our very specific requirements, and kept us in our thoughts when new properties came to light. The whole team were so patient with us, and as we were very nervous about the whole process they spent ample time answering our questions, providing us with information and putting our minds at ease. We felt they were very knowledgeable and trustworthy when asked questions about marketing our house, and for what price, and we were very pleased with the outcome of our house sale. We really appreciated their honesty with finding us the right buyer, making sure they were reliable, and we really believe they cared about making sure we were in a good chain. Angela even went out of her way to contact us back on a Sunday, which although is not expected, it showed dedication to the job and passion for the work that they do. Without a doubt I would recommend using Oulsnam's services and would feel completely safe in the knowledge that they will look after you throughout the whole process.
