What a service!!! Shelbi and her team were wonderful, through what was quite a lengthy process in selling my mother in laws property. They kept me informed every step of the way. Shelbi came out to my mother in laws nursing home so that she could sign the relevant paperwork. There didn’t seem to be enough anyone could do for us. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company and in particular this branch. Thanks again 🙏🏻

Realistic pricing saw the sale of our house at asking price within a week of it going on the market. Oulsnam’s fees were inclusive, transparent and competitive. The team, led by Shelbi, was accessible, professional and friendly. The sale took some time to complete, not Oulsnam’s fault, and Shelbi was tenacious in her chasing and keeping us and our buyers updated.

I have to say the review has to be a reflection of the people rather than the company itself. Practically Oulsnams were efficient with listing our property and provided good advice with how to market it.Initially our engagement was with Alison who was very friendly and flexible with arranging viewings both with our home and the house we wished to purchase.During the sale and purchasing process Georgie offered exceptional customer service and was supportive with both providing timely and relevant information updates but also with the inevitable emotional rollercoaster that comes with buying a property. She is an asset to the company.

The staff at Oulsnam estate agents in Bromsgrove were absolutely brilliant in connection with the purchase of my dad's property. From the first viewing to the day he got his keys, everyone there has been so friendly, helpful, and extremely supportive. The process of moving my elderly dad was very stressful but I always found that they were willing to help with any issues I had. I always felt they were in our corner, and I am very grateful for that. What a great team. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

First of all, I would like to thank everyone at Oulsnams, especially Lisa, for pushing to get things completed. Once an offer had been made, Lisa and Lauren really pushed to try and get everything completed. As a teacher, I was hoping to get completion done in the summer holidays but unfortunately due to the first buyer dropping out, it happened in September (the most busiest time). Lisa also arranged for my house to be sold at a good price, above the price advertised. I put the house on the market in March and, at first, there weren’t many viewings. Perhaps open house viewings would have helped with that, which Oulsnams don’t do. Eventually viewings came through. The viewers, quite rightly, wanted to view at weekends and in the bank holiday. This meant that I had to show the viewers around myself. I didn’t mind but I imagine some people may.

Excellent right from the start with Tom's valuation visit back in March, through to completion of our sale in September. It has been quite a journey with many ups and downs for us, but the Bromsgrove team, and Pete in particular, have been there for us, giving valuable advice and support throughout, for both sale and purchase. Always a friendly response to calls and a lovely welcome on our frequent visits to the easily accessible Bromsgrove office. GoogleA bit late posting this, but just wanted to say that the whole team at Oulsnam Bournville were just the best when we bought through them recently. Lovely people, super communicative & plain speaking (no jargon!) They helped us navigate quite a tricky purchase due to probate and renegotiations after the survey, but it felt like they weren’t taking sides but trying to ensure a fair outcome for all. Highly recommended, though we have no intention of selling the lovely house we bought from them and are in the process of renovating. 5 stars all round thanks 🙏

GoogleFrom my first interactions with the Bournville team I had a good feeling about them, I felt very comfortable dealing with them, something I definitely can't say about other estate agencies I approached. As a first time buyer Karen and Emma were both great at helping me with the buying process, kept me informed at every point and we're incredibly helpful. Would very much recommend using Oulsnam and would use them in the future if I have need of an estate agent.
