I recently viewed a property with Sadie and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was my first house viewing and I was there on my own, so I was a little nervous going in, but Sadie immediately put me at ease. She was so warm and welcoming, took her time answering all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or out of my depth. She made what could have been quite an overwhelming experience feel really comfortable and positive. Genuinely lovely person to deal with. Thank you, Sadie!

We had a viewing with Sadie, from the Bromsgrove team, on the hottest day of the year and felt moved to write a review, as all 5 of us thought she did an incredible job. We arrived early but, instead of waiting outside, Sadie arranged for us to view the gardens first, whilst another couple finished viewing the house. As we moved inside, she had both appointments running alongside each other, somehow managing to answer all of our questions, keep the vendors happy and entertaining our 3 children, who were making it difficult for us to see everything! It was incredibly hot, but she worked so hard to make it a good experience for us, remaining enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable throughout. All of the children left saying how lovely she was, and it takes a lot to win them over! I would also like to mention Karen who, despite our last viewing with her being some time ago, remembered all of our requirements, our family details and always takes her time with us. We've never felt rushed. We've been looking for a house since the beginning of the year, so have met with many agents. But Oulsnam stands out and we do so hope to be able to buy with you.

Nothing will come close to describing the outstanding service I’ve received throughout the whole experience! As a first time buyer I’m quite clueless about the process but Karen, Rachel, Anna and the whole team have been amazing throughout the whole process! We had a few issues along the way but they’ve always been extremely pleasant, polite, patient and understanding. They all provided a much better service than I could have imagined, I would highly recommend anyone to visit Oulsnam Bournville, such lovely ladies! All the best to the team 😊

Best estate agent in Birmingham

Other estate agents in the area (kings norton/kings heath Birmingham) had let us down on more than one occasion. They seemed more interested in profit then providing a good experience for the buyer. This is not the case with Robert Oulsnam Kings heath who were fair and helpful from the off. As parents of a disabled child, finding a property that was safe and met their needs was our top priority. The staff at this branch never applied pressure to put in an offer on properties which wouldn't serve our needs and instead worked hard to find us the best property for our family. They guided us at all times, reassuring us that the right one was just around the corner. It was. We are now happy in our home and the experience was made all the more pleasant by working with a team who genuinely cared about the client and didn't apply any underhanded techniques to ensure a sale. I’ve had a really positive experience with this letting agency throughout my tenancy. The team has been professional, responsive, and easy to deal with, which made the whole process, from moving in to any ongoing queries, smooth and stress-free. I’ve been renting from Robert oulsnams and company for 5 years all in all. In my first flat then when I wanted to move to somewhere bigger they made the process simple and easy. Since being In my house Shania Benton has made it effortless any problem I have had she’s sorted them quickly and is always responding to emails and phone calls quickly i always get a reply on the same day if I email. Whenever I’ve had an issue or problem she’s been there to sort it out and I’ve never not felt like I can not contact her. When I’ve needed stuff amending or some help she’s always been there to sort it out. If I ever wanted to move I would stay with Shania snd her company but right now I’m more than happy in my property
