We are trying to buy a property through Oulsnams in Bromsgrove. The team have been really helpful when I have phoned and helped sort through some complex problems even though it is not me who is paying the final invoice. Karen and Tim in particular have been particularly helpful Karen has been very helpful when dealing with my elderly mother and the whole team have been great when ever I have phoned. From start to finish, the team were professional, supportive, and incredibly compassionate. Due to the sensitive nature of the sale, it was important for us to work with people who showed genuine care and understanding, and Oulsnam did exactly that. They handled everything with empathy, patience, and respect, never making us feel rushed or under pressure. Communication was clear and reassuring throughout the process, and their knowledge and experience helped make what could have been a very difficult time feel far more manageable. I used the Barnt Green office to sell my late Father's house in Barnt Green. Big shout out to Shelbi, Sarah and Karen as I could just leave everything with them to deal with. Made the whole experience very easy and straightforward. Not an easy process with Grant of Probate having to be applied for in addition to the house sale. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable, including arranging viewings etc. Everyone kept me up to date at all times and the property was well marketed which resulted in a very quick sale. I could not fault the level of service I received from the team. I would highly recommend Oulsnam as an estate agent. Thank you so much Ian Rockliffe

When selling my late father's house, we found the Barnt Green team to be professional, helpful and communication on all matters were prompt and informative. This review would not be complete without mentioning Sarah (Kirk). Throughout the whole process she was helpful, supportive and easy to talk to. Giving detailed feedback on viewings, useful tips and putting in a considerable amount of effort to ensure the sale went through with her kind and cheerful manner, always returning calls promptly. Due to Sarah the stressful process of selling our old family home was made so much easier.

My property manager, Shania Benton, has been absolutely great for the majority now of being the tenant of a rental with Oulsnam. I've been here for ten years now, and they have always been good, but Shania especially balances professionalism with being friendly really well, and seems to actually care about the tenant as a person, as well as the property as an asset for the landlord.

I had a choice of three Estate Agents - I have to admit that, one was "over the top" everything was beautiful? The next one had a completely different approach - auction wise?Then Oulsnams - who really impressed me with their customer service!After starting off in Barnt Green - meeting Shelbi, then next day just asking one question in their Bromsgrove branch - I had instant help - and numerous mob calls, texts an landline messages - which convinced me to choose them!!Many thanks to Shelbi an all your gal's too! We could not be happier with the team at Oulsnam in Droitwich. Angela, Claire and Trina have all been absolutely fantastic when helping us find the right buyer for our home, and in helping us find our new home. Claire went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home, after spending time to listen to and find out about our very specific requirements, and kept us in our thoughts when new properties came to light. The whole team were so patient with us, and as we were very nervous about the whole process they spent ample time answering our questions, providing us with information and putting our minds at ease. We felt they were very knowledgeable and trustworthy when asked questions about marketing our house, and for what price, and we were very pleased with the outcome of our house sale. We really appreciated their honesty with finding us the right buyer, making sure they were reliable, and we really believe they cared about making sure we were in a good chain. Angela even went out of her way to contact us back on a Sunday, which although is not expected, it showed dedication to the job and passion for the work that they do. Without a doubt I would recommend using Oulsnam's services and would feel completely safe in the knowledge that they will look after you throughout the whole process.
