They came and gave advice on what to do to my house. I was able to have a good chat about the price to try for but also to not be too demanding as it is at present a buyers market. I was happy with the price I got and was sold and moved out quickly. Great team at Northfield!

I recently moved to England and wanted to rent a house. I read reviews of real estate companies and found that Oulsnam had very positive reviews, so I decided to choose them. Unfortunately, all my interactions with them have been very disappointing and frustrating. The first time, they forgot to respond to my inquiries twice. The second time, they gave me an appointment, but when I went to the appointment, I didn't find anyone there, not even the residents. I had to wait 45 minutes. I called them and sent them an email, and each time they replied that the visit took place as scheduled. I don't know how this is possible. I even sent them photos of the street and the house to prove that I was at the correct place and time. I honestly don't know why they treated me this way. It's so frustrating.

TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! I would not recommend to anyone! Really screwed us over, ignore emails, do not return your calls. Manager extremely rude and very unprofessional. House was absolutely filthy, full of damp and dilapidated but they were unwilling to make any repairs. They have caused us so much stress. I would not recommend them for Lettings and am shocked by the awful level of service we have received.

Robert Oulsnam and Company were absolutely fantastic with the sale of my Mum’s house.After losing my Mum, Oulsnam’s were extremely sympathetic and handled the situation very professionally.The very personal touch of even letting us know that my Mum & Dads house (where I grew up in), had gone to a lovely family…. Of which they contacted us after the sale of the house, just goes to prove how caring they are!!!Massive thank you to all the staff at Droitwich branch!!!

Very little and poor communication, failure to keep on top of purchasers mortgage arrangements. Offer was accepted July/August time last year by December they had not confirmed mortgage offer with potential purchaser all I was ever told when I called, the brokers off sick, he is on holiday, we have left a message. At no point was there ever an alternative strategy - until I asked for the house to be put back on the market- total waste of five months which will I am sure also impact the price I will get for my house with the decline of property prices in this timeFollowing your response I can confirm that never at any time was it suggested by yourselves to put the property on the market, this decision was taken solely by myself in December. I would be happy to review your email correspondence and listen to recorded calls where you have suggested this to me

On review of the file, it would appear that our team did offer, on several occassions to place the property back on the market however, this offer was declined until December. Ron conducted our viewing at a property today, they scheduled it last minute to fit in with our schedules. He was personably and answered all our questions to the best of our knowledge. Ouslamns has also sold our property and I'm so glad we've changed to them after a year on the market they were excellent as sellers and buyers.
