My expectations were way, way exceeded by the Rubery team. I was selling my late fathers house as executor for several beneficiaries and things were anything but straightforward. Lisa and her team were just brilliant (big up Sally-Ann too!) . They became my trusted advisors and kept hold of the ball when I was unable to. Kept me on top of things (they were ahead of the game) and made what often seemed to be a difficult situation very easy. Informative, clear, concise and on point throughout. Lovely people too... what more can I say?.. SOLD!

I was scheduled to view several properties with various Estate agents. From the start, I was impressed by the first class service I received from Oulsnam; in comparison to the other Agencies.My viewing was arranged by Phoebe, who was delightful, and resulted with me putting in an offer.There was a delay with the Solicitors and I had a deadline. Tim (the Manager) went out of his way to resolve issues. Without his assistance, knowledge and advice I would not of completed on time.Thanks to Phoebe & Tim, I managed to move in within my deadline. I personally recommend Oulsnam and I would definitely use them again.

Having finally sold our house in Nov 2020, 5 months before we received excellent advice and support regarding preparation for preparing any particular needs. There was constantly an excellent amount of potential buyers and they were constantly presented and guided by Oulsnam staff in Northfield, Birmingham. Also, any questions that we had throughout the advertising and sale time, we were always given immediate and very excellent answers to our questions. Also, to state how effective our house was regarding heating, Oulsnam arranged a very good/professional person to assess that. Overall, an excellent preparation and sale of our house.
