I sold my mother's house with Oulsnam (Moseley branch) and the staff were very efficient and helpful. The communication was good and thankfully I experienced a very positive experience and the sale went through smoothly. The sale had to be pushed through quickly at the end due to factors out of our control and Oulsnam were very helpful and got it all sorted. Would highly recommend.

This estate agents failed in every way with my parents property 24 BRANDEN ROAD, ALAVECHURCH whereas the property is being contested and maybe subject to probate. Prospective buyers be aware as this fight is long from over. I am an executor in my mother’s will and the other executor may not have informed Oulsnam of this issue. However, I have, and Oulsnam estate agents at Barnt Green are fully aware of the situation but continue on with the sale. If you are a potential buyer of this property, please ensure you ask about this potential issue prior to making an offer. It would seem due diligent is not an issue when selling a property.

Since we moved our small rental property to Oulsnam, every contact we have had with the agency has been positive, and has justified our decision to move to them. Everyone responds immediately to questions, and Oulsnam found us a good tenant very quickly. Despite the fact that our property is small, we have been given an individual contact at Oulsnam, and we look forward to a long and friendly relationship with the company.

GoogleWe were very happy how Robert Oulsnam Bournville dealt with us when buying our new house. After coming to a dead end in trying to finance the purchase Rachael arranged for us to talk to Oulsnam's independent financial advisor Jacqui and through her we were able to finance it. .After that any query we had was dealt with very quickly and we were always kept informed on how the purchase was going.So I would certainly recommend them and would like to mention Rachael and Jacqui in particular.

Needing to relocate for work reasons we contacted Robert Oulsnam and Co for a valuation. From this first visit through to completion of the sale the service we received was excellent.
