James was round promptly to assess the value of my house and take me through the selling process. He'd had it sold within days. Finding another proved more difficult - my surveyor rightly recommended I didn't buy the one in which I was interested. When I backed out, with my buyer keen to move forward, Oulsnams found me another suitable place within 24 hours. On the (odd) time Iwas stressed, they dealt with me calmly and professionally. They kept me up to date with events and their manners throughout , whoever I dealt with, was exemplory . We chose Oulsnam’s to sell the flat as they were the agents when we bought it 18 months ago. We were impressed at the communication from them at that time, and nothing has changed. Excellent service from the moment that James came to view and value the flat at a very difficult time for us through to the incredible amount of work that Lauren carried out to get completion over the line. Lauren kept everyone fully updated and provided an excellent fulcrum for the transaction, despite all parties having to work with a buyer’s solicitor who seemed determined to slow down the most simple conveyance at every stage. The whole team at the Northfield branch were great from start to finish. Jessica in particular was fantastic throughout, giving regular updates and chasers whenever things slowed down with the solicitors. When she was away on holiday other staff were briefed on where we were up to with the sale and able to assist as well rather than us just being forgotten. Selling and buying a property can definitely be stressful and you can sometimes wonder if you've made the right choice on certain companies, but we didn't regret using Oulsnams at any point. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Further to my review below, I have now had an offer accepted on a property marketed by another local agent. They do not seem to have experienced any of the problems Robert Oulsnam maintain they had in verifying my chain. Indeed, within a day of my offer being accepted, the property was listed as under offer and the conveyancing process was soon underway. Two very different experiences with local estate agents for me. I think the Droitwich branch perhaps need to review their processes ?

Our facts are factual as we note every conversation and have it recorded how many times we attempted to contact your agent and the amount of time wasted on hold, Purple Bricks wouldn't be able to provide you with that information as they are not a local professional agent like ourselves that have been in business for over 50 years where everything is logged and we work to achieve the best price and the best buyer for all of our clients. After thoroughly completing all of our due-diligence checks on the buyer the property will remain advertised on all portals clearly stated at SSTC and has been since the 28th July. We have replied direct to your email and requested you send us all the inaccuracies that you think there may be so we can answer them, so we can only assume that the ones you are mentioning here are those and therefore in response there are no inaccuracies on our part, you obviously have your thoughts and opinions which we fully respect and wish you all the best of luck for the future.
