From first contact with James to the ongoing management and communication with Lisa, we found Oulsnam to be friendly, efficient, supportive, and ultimately successful, with our house sale.The process wasn’t easy. Our first buyer was uncommunicative and disrespectful, we assume as a strategy to force us into reducing our price. Oulsnam helped us through the frustration, and then to find a new (and more reasonable) buyer once we’d told the original joker where to go.Thanks to all the team.

When I first made contact Robert Oulsnam Redditch in connection with the sale of my late Aunt's bungalow the agent was very friendly and professional and I was fully briefed in all the details of selling the property, the charges, the documents required and approximate time line for the sale. We arranged to meet at the property and the agent had arranged for a photographer and an efficiency engineer to be there at same time. This meant all sales documents could be prepared and available quickly. Then Robert Oulsnam made all the arrangements for the viewing of the property and kept us fully informed of any sale offers. We then ageed on the sale. All the staff at the Redditch office were very friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Claire at Oulsman Droitwich branch, was soo helpful, & gave me details for several properties, for sale in the area. I was unable to locate one apartment, as there wasn't a visible for sale sign..However I did notice a hand written for sale sign, in an upstairs window , I called the number. Within 10 minutes a lovely lady came & showed me around.I got home put an offer in, as soon as I got home,which has since been accepted.I popped a thank you card off for Claire, who was so pleased for me, & wished me all the best . I thought that was really nice, no hard feelings, at all.
