GoogleBooked in to veiw a property at 6.30pm on a Friday, all booked as I rec8ded a confirmation message.... 6.30 comes around. Nobody even turned up! If 0 star were a thing I would rate accordingly.

GoogleGreat company and great staff, Emily showed me around a property and was very friendly and professional and made the place very appealing. had a few problems when i moved in but have been resolved very quickly after speaking with iva. all in all very professional and would highly recommend

GoogleAs a tradesmen, I have dealt with a lot of letting agents, but Portfolio letting are definitely up there with the best to work for and all the staff are breath of fresh air to deal with. If only every letting company could be like these guys.

GoogleI don't know what others have experienced but I have found trying to make contact (with a human being ) and trying to provide evidence satisfactory to your Guarantee needs very difficult. I would not choose to use you myself.
