GoogleI had the viewing of the flat with Tim. He is a great guy, very polite and casual. I didn't feel like he was trying to persuade me into buying something but we rather had a friendly conversation. I like that he is honest and easy-going . Googleiv been in the flat i rent from them over a month now and still have no main gate fob ! i asked them for it on day 1 and they told me they would have to order it .. i have called and emailed weekly for updates and get no response or told "we will order you one" , the flat has mould and a peeling ceiling of which i documented and sent them and no response either !! . when i ask to speak to the manager he is never there or always busy .. really disappointing service i do not recommend them at allNegativeProfessionalism
