GoogleHas a scheduled viewing for 14:40 (confirmed). Had no contact from the agency. Called them approximately 10 times from 12:00 to re-confirm. No answer on any of the calls. Turned up to the viewing. Nobody was there. Waited until 15:15, and nobody turned up. No call or email to advise of why. Very disappointed.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking viewing experience. We got locked into a carpark and couldn't exit. The person running the viewing Is currently randomly pressing the intercom to try get hold of another tennant to let us out. Its 4 degrees and raining. Will we ever escape? The culprit appears to be Tim who is useless..... ****update*** after 15 minutes a Tennant randomly arrived to dispose of rubbish and granted us our freedom.

Dear MJ, We are really sorry to have inconvenienced you at this viewing. Unfortunately we hadn't been updated on the gate codes which caused the issue. However, no excuses and we take full responsibility. We have put processes in place to ensure this doesn't happen again but we are in the hands of block agents keeping us informed! We are glad you managed to escape and hopefully you have found your perfect property!

GoogleAbsolute shambles. This estate agent will do anything they can to make money out of you and couldn’t organise a p** up in a brewery! AVOID AT ALL COSTS Communication was poor for the 2 years I lived there and they did not get repairs done when requested/ required including a boiler which broke and left me without hot water for 3 months last winter. All whilst simultaneously increasing the rent every 4-6 months. They delivered a section 21 eviction notice dated 12 days before the delivery day, at 21:00 without knocking on my door/ ringing the bell. (May I add that they knew I was moving out 3 weeks after the date they put the notice for). When I pointed out this discrepancy I was gaslighted by the manager and told I must not live in the property if I’d only just found it. This was therefore not a legal eviction notice. I asked for them to update it and they didn’t, causing me a lot of stress. Upon moving out on my own terms, as planned, they tried to lie about my initial contract saying I breached it by having a pet, which was in the contract. They tried to take £400 from my deposit. After a long dispute through TDS I was granted the whole deposit back, but the anxiety and stress caused by this incompetent lettings agent had been absolutely unbearable and completely unnecessary. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI have nothing but great things to say about this team. Ricky has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and has been brilliant in handling my end of tenancy (I have bought a house!) The tenancy was conducted very smoothly and rent payments made really easy, with statements sent regularly. I Highly recommend! :)
