GoogleNever had any issues as far as contact. Moving is was very quick and straight forward. Ricky has been excellent and always super friendly and reassuring. House inspections are always a breeze and any problems I never feel I need to hesitate to contact. Been a great company to be with especially as I was worried after having a great one before in my old property. Thanks :)

GoogleFrom a landlords perspective I’ve found Portfolio Lettings to be a friendly & professional company. They have good communication & are reachable through different forms of media & are quick to respond to questions. The PayProp app used by Portfolio is a useful tool to keep landlords up to date with payments. They are quick to find new tenants & have a good network of trades people for any necessary repairs etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to other landlords.
