GoogleEmily was really helpful with the whole process, I opted for the Whatsapp messages when applying, and by the next day she has already messaged and started getting things organised. When viewing the flat she was very formal and helpful, and she showed me around the whole flat and was able to answer all questions.

GoogleTransferred to Portfolio Lettings from another agent who didn’t communicate or arrange viewings. What a difference! Emily was straight onto marketing the property and arranging viewings keeping me fully informed. Very quickly she found me ideal tenants. I could also tell from speaking with Tim that the customer service would be excellent and it was.

GoogleMy experience with the company linked to Clarkes was terrible!! They were not responding to any emails or calls prior to moving in and we're so difficult to deal with when they sent us no information about the property and continuously sent outstanding balance messages when everything was fully paid for. They only ever emailed a single tenant and sent false messages to other tenants. The communication and automated emails were of no help whatsoever as we questioned if we even had a house to move into with the lack information about our house. I would not suggest going to this company as their staff assumed we were wrong about information we didn't receive which became such a hassle for them that they said "we won't have to deal with them for much longer". Very unprofessional. They claimed they didn't have a tenants information and phone number despite calling them on the correct number. Overall they were very unorganized and dismissive of our situation which made the process very difficult and unnecessarily stressful.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleEmily was lovely and welcoming to us all. She was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer all our questions in great detail and made us all feel very comfortable and happy with our service. Her communication has been excellent. I would highly recommend her.

Tim found a high profile tenant, for me on the very day we spoke for the first time. Professional - personal handover of the property and everything taken care of. Today, less than a week later my property is let, at the asking price with a top class professional tenant in already. Thanks Tim, John, and the highly proactive team a Positive Lettings. GoogleAbsolute top class service from Positive Sales & lettings!!! Tim and the team go above and beyond and provide a warm personal engagement. We had been with Positive for 12 months but decided to move to another property as we needed a ground floor and a garden. We didn’t think to ask Positive if they had anything available, instead we decided to look on Rightmove. We found what we were looking for with a different Agent. Unfortunately after completing referencing and signing the contract ready to move in, the new Agent called us with less than 4 days to move in saying that the property was not longer available due to the current tenant not wanting to move out! We were desperate and needed somewhere to live as we had a new baby and it was less than a month before Christmas. Fortunately Positive Lettings came to the rescue and found us a new home and even managed to increase our stay at our current place. They completely removed the worry and stress and the new property is even better than the one that we were expecting to move into. I would whole heartedly recommend Positive Lettings to everyone and we as a family will be using as our go to Agent from now on!

GoogleI was a tenant with Positive for nearly 2 years and I have to say after renting in the area for over 10 years they are the best agency I have ever been with. Every time I called they resolved any issues I had in my property straight away and Hannah, Tim and Sharn were all so lovely and helpful to me and kept me updated well. Also their fees are very reasonable compared to other agency's I have used which makes them a cut above the rest. I also love your new premises it's very fresh and professional and welcoming. I am sad to not be renting with you still as I know you tried so hard to find somewhere suitable for me and my children. Thanks again to you all.

GoogleI rented a flat through Positive and they really helped me through the whole process from filling out the application forms to moving in. It was my first property i had rented in Bournemouth so i was nervous and had lots of questions. Positive were always available to take my calls and offer me help and advice. If you are looking to rent a property from a genuine estate agent then i would highly recommend the team at Positive.

GoogleWorst experience of my renting in Uk with portfolio lettings they’re always short staff. They dragged my notice without getting back to us and kept all deposit without any checkout report. I’m going to take legal action against them.
